Shawn has been an invaluable resource for my wife and I during our recent real estate experiences. Since 2017, we've purchased two houses and sold one with her as our agent. She was also readily available whenever we needed her, for efforts that were as simple, and important, as getting connected with a reliable lender. For example, my wife and I had inquired with various lenders, and settled on using a bank. Although we had been working with the bank for nearly a week, timing was critical because we found a house that Friday with potential competitive offers. At this point, we were concerned about their ability to expedite pre-approval over the weekend due to delays in communication from normal business hours. Rather than waiting until Monday for a green light from the bank, Shawn put us in touch with a local lender on Friday night and they worked to complete our pre-approval the next day! We were able to put an offer in that weekend, which the seller accepted, and we have been living there for a month now.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Shawn - as first time homebuyers we had SO many questions, wanted to see every house under the sun, and were really worried of being taken advantage of.
