Imaginarium

We absolutely love everything Imaginarium! We are members of their homeschool community, love all the special events they host, & open play when we need an indoor place space that is not the living room. The staff is AMAZING and the facility is awesome!

This place is awesome! I have taken our 3 year old twins twice now and it's really great on days when it's raining or too cold to play outside! It's very unique and I absolutely recommend! Staff were friendly and helpful both times we've gone, and i also noticed staff does go around and disinfect through out the play sessions. There's always been lots of other children when we've gone and there's lots of interaction which is great social skills for kids! We will definitely go back! Great place!

We loved everything about Imaginarium! The space is huge and clean, the play structures were so much fun for my daughters, and my husband and I had plenty of places to sit where we could keep an eye on them and enjoy a cup of coffee from their cafe area. Both my 2 and 7 year olds really enjoyed themselves. I only wished we lived close by to attend some of their amazing programs and play regularly! Highly recommend!

My 3 year old LOVES this place. The workers are super attentive and friendly. They have awesome events for kids.
We come at least twice a month. Even during the pandemic, once they opened back up, we continued to come.
They were constantly cleaning the play areas and toys and I remember they had breaks between open play to sanitize everything.
Glad this place is here. Not much to do around here for kids indoors so this is amazing. I think pricing is fair in my opinion. Worth the 3 hours of open play!

Great, friendly staff. Very clean and perfect for pre-k kids and crawlers. They have a snack area where you can bring your own food (no nuts, please) and a free coffee bar and microwave. 2 adults can accompany for no fee and babies that are secured are also free. There are plenty places to climb and run around. There is also a corner with large foam blocks for building and creativity. There is a craft corner and a reading nook with books. Also a small contained area for crawlers. Great place for rainy, cold days, especially there are not many indoor playgrounds in this area.

Imaginarium is one of my favorite places in Calvert! I feel so comfortable letting my niece and nephew play here. Kids are able to express themselves and make friends, while they also get to play on different structures and equipment. Also, the facility is SUPER clean for being a children’s playground, the staff even goes around every so often (I’d say every 10 minutes) to wipe all toys and play structures down after children play with them. The bathrooms have CLEAN changing tables, and the snack area has complimentary tea and coffee! Love it!!
Did I mention the staff is very attentive and helpful? They will assure everyone is safe.
They have a few different play structures with different surprises inside each one, kitchen, dinos, trains, and more. There is even air hockey, building blocks, and crafts for the older kiddos to do if they tag along. I just can’t wait to watch Imaginarium grow and see what other cool stuff they have to offer in the future. This place is awesome!!! 10/10 Recommend!

Great little indoor play place. There is a section open for you to eat at if bring lunch (or heat something in the microwave), and multiple wooden toys for the kids to play in/on.
I’m glad this is here. It gave us something to do on a rainy day.

Imaginarium has been a staple for our family. The kid's night out program was the first place my children felt comfortable attending on their own, which led to them attending camp, laser tag, and other events offered. They look forward to their visits. The staff is incredible, they are kind and attentive. The facilities are very clean. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming every time we walk through the doors, which is quite often. We highly, highly recommend!

First time visit, loved it! Kept my son busy and in imagination land. They have creation area to draw, paint, whatever you would like. It's not just a play area. I would say more for little ones 1-6. Complementary coffee/tea & wifi access for the adults. This wonderful place came just in time for the cold weather.

We love Imaginarium for many reasons, the first being the space is big enough for kids to run around and make friends, but not too large where I feel the need to know exactly where they are at all times while playing. I'm able to relax because I know they are playing in a safe place. It's not filled with loud bounce houses and music like a couple of the other indoor playgrounds we have visited within the state. They do sometimes have music playing, but families don't have to shout over it to be heard.

The staff are friendly folk, it's affordable, you can bring food in and sit in the seating area (sans peanut products), its not overstimulating, and it's just a gem of a place to have local to us in SOMD.

We can’t get enough of everything Imaginarium has to offer! Great place for kiddos of ALL AGES! You can take your young ones, and let your elementary age kiddos play at the same time! We really love the Homeschool Enrichment choices, and free coffee 🥰 What really tops it off is how quickly the staff cleans and attends to all the children playing, my daughter loves everyone there.

I brought my 11 and 12 year olds to a younger boys (8 years old) party and wasn't expecting much. It was clean, well run, well organised, and definitely WAY above what I was expecting! The Imaginarium is a Fantastic, New, Local small business and I am glad that they have joined us in Lusby area. Thanks imaginarium! Great work!

Love love love this place. There’s no other place like it in the area. SUPER CLEAN, has a space for kids of ALL AGES. The owner is especially kind and truly is an inspiration. The kids in this county deserve a place like this to go and express themselves. My daughter will be taking the homeschool enrichment program. My whole family loves this business. ❤

I’d you desire a safe place for your children to explore, play and be creative.. this is it! Even better is the area for parents. I come here regularly and work while my children play. It’s such a friendly, clean and inviting environment.

I liked the place so much that I now teach there in their homeschool program too! The owner provides ample opportunities for the children of our community from play, tutoring, birthday parties, and a complete homeschool enrichment program.

I have been present for clean up time between open play and homeschool classes and I have been present for after hours clean up. The team does a great job and cares about your children’s time there to be in a clean environment. The team worked together to get a good sanitize down before the next group of kids came in and end of day clean up is always a good deep clean.

Last thing to point out is the pirates cove! My kids love the art supplies provided, the crafts available and all the items in the shop up front.

Overall cannot say enough about the Imaginarium! The place has become a staple in my children’s (and my own!) lives 💗

My boys absolutely love the Imaginarium, I have enjoyed watching my daughter flourish and crawl here. She refuse to crawl at home but would whenever I took her to the Imaginarium. It is nice to know that I can let her explore in a clean and safe space.

The owners are amazingly caring people and it shows through their business. It is a super clean, fun and safe place to spend an afternoon or morning with your kiddos. We have had several birthday parties here and attended several events and they are all run so smooth and are so much fun! I can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve taken my children here several times when visiting the area. This facility is incredibly clean and fun. I’ve seen employees wiping down surfaces everywhere. The staff is very friendly, the equipment is unique and fun, and my children loved it!

Imaginarium is an absolute gem in Southern Maryland! As a parent, I couldn't have asked for a better indoor play space for my kids. The thoughtful design truly shines through – it's evident that every corner has been crafted with love and care. The highlight was the impressive Pirate Ship and Castle playground. Will be back!
