I want to make it emphatically known that the gentlemen at Florissant's CommDepot (Seek and his partner) are tremendous assets to the company. I'm unfamiliar to cell phone repair or the costs. Being a repair and sales hub of anything you may need electronically, they are not only technicians but salesmen. They offered different services, but we're not overbearing. They were very informative listing pros and cons of my current service as well as pros and cons of others if I were interested in knowing them. I had my nearly decimated phone repaired at a reasonable cost. My phone was also polished looking brand new. A sturdy and clean new case was put on my phone. I've already called them 2 times since my visit a couple of weeks ago. It's going to be my 1 stop shop. Thank you guys. I'll definitely be promoting y'all to anyone I speak to.

I came in today unhappy and crunched for time because I had to be somewhere, and I just dropped and cracked the screen on my iPhone. I couldn’t dial out, text, receive calls or anything. I was recommended to Communicate Depot. I was greeted by a representative named Noah. He was extremely professional, and got me in and out in about 20 mins for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend their service to EVERYONE!!

They were able to get my new screen delivered and put on in less than 24 hours. Super happy with the customer service I received and my phone is as good as new again.

Seek did an amazing job on my IPhone 13 Pro Max, everyone in the city is charging and arm and a leg, but not CommDepot. Had excellent customer service and even through in a free case. Thanks a ton Seek. Your speed and skill is quite impressive.

Omg. I love this store. I come here for everything. They make my experience so seamless. I need an iPad screen repaired and it took maybe an hour. From ordering the part to me getting it repaired they kept in communication with me. I guess that’s why they call them communication depot. Nour and Abdul and Steve were absolutely amazing to work with. I recommend anyone going here for any electronic need.

The guys here are some of the best. Excellent customer service.. I upgraded to an S9 for a great price, but when I got home I could not hear anything when someone called. Took it back to the store and they promptly replaced the part at no charge. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to serve. They provide a comfortable atmosphere. I feel sure my purchase with them was a good choice. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends. Thanks guys!
