CVS

I came here strictly to have a prescription filled since I don't really live this close but this particular CVS pharmacy has the eye drops that I need for my cat.

From the very beginning I walked in and was met by a smiling face that said how may I help you? I said well I'm just here to fill a prescription and went on my way.

Getting the prescription filled was absolutely no problem it was a breeze...

Then I decided to walk around and look at some of the items and I cannot believe that this CVS pharmacy actually had elephant bulbs for sale! Goodness sake this happens to be a pharmacy and I was astounded and so happy to find these bulbs here. I had my arms filled and ask the person that has the smiling face if I could have a basket and he ended up giving me a cart which I started filling with all kinds of goodies.

I then ended up buying a bunch of Easter stuff, which wasn't planned, and was checked out by the same smiling face that greeted me by the name of Barack. I ended up spending a fortune there but they had so much to pick from in different areas, I couldn't help myself! I just had to tell him how nice he was and asked for the manager and made sure the manager knew that he had an outstanding employee!

I highly highly recommend this CVS store! I will be back even though I passed probably 20 other CVS pharmacies to get here.

Every time I visit the CVS on Parker Road I have encountered friendly and professional employees. That says a lot to me in these days of poor customer service in so many places. I want to give a special shout out to the store manager, Baraka, who helped me with an issue with a photo order. Sure did appreciate him going above and beyond to get my order straightened out.

With 4 cars ahead of me, I was on my way home in less than 15 minutes.

Walgreens treated me like dirt😑
I was trying to get my medication over there for a whole week and still was unsuccessful. I called around 17 times and they always put me on hold. Very unpleasant and the store manager has no clue about Customer Service. Thank God for CVS Pharmacy and their professional team staff. I was able to get my medication in one day 😃 I have a new business to do my shopping now ☺

When there's a problem they try and address the issue. However not ALL the staff is as knowledgeable as others.
