The staff in this store is kind, enthusiastic, patient, and just really good at their job. I purchased several things for my daughter for Christmas and wanted to exchange one item for another online item. Annette kindly assisted us through the process, then remembered details about the order to assist us again when it arrived. We were recently back in the store and had started to check out, but then wanted to add an item. Trinity and the manager were accommodating and encouraged us to take our time.

Love this store! My family and I typically go for the apparel for character shirts or shirts of our favorite music artists. However, this trip, my daughter tried on a pair pants and loved them! I've shopping at this store for years and will continue to shop there!

On Sunday, my boyfriend and I swung by Hot Topic for some gauges. We were greeted right away. We were informed if we needed anything, let us know and also was inform3d of current promotions. We ended up buying more with the promotions and also saving $5 with a coupon. It was an awesome experience!!!

I have a tween so we like to go to this store. I like to see what she gravitates to. The prices are a little high, but I usually only get 1 or 2 pieces and this store has sales and you can sign up for emails to see when they're happening. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and ready to help.

Great place to look for merchandise from many different series. Stock is always updated, so you can go once every two weeks and have a new selection of items every time. Deals are commonly going on, so you can usually get a descent deal (though I recommend comparing to the deals also on their website if looking for the absolute best deal). Staff is always friendly and helpful when asking questions, needing something from high shelves, and checking out fast. Also highly recommend getting a rewards account, saves you a lot of money.

The store is quite unique. My grandson age 11 really enjoyed himself. Buying Pokemon toys and others.

Great and friendly service always there to help. Always deals and sales going on. Huge variety of products ranging from clothing, candy, knickknacks, jewelry, etc. LGBTQ+ friendly and supportive products as well. Lots of graphic tees from musicians, memes, and other entertainment. So many products that are friendly for everyone. I've never had a problem there with products or staff. I've been going there for years whenever I have a mall day and that place is always #1 on my list. I always find the staff welcoming with a smile on their face and always willing to help. Plus the staff is usually fellow introverts for those of us customers who are a little awkward. Always a warm welcome from the "scary" store adults say no to. (P.s.: it's not scary at all, best store I've ever been to.)

Amazing customer service. They had a buy 2 get 1 free t-shirt deal. I had asked an employee if a certain shirt qualified for the deal and he said yes. So I pick out my 3 shirts and go to checkout. Turns out the shirt I asked about didn't actually qualify but the gentleman that talked to me earlier volunteered to still give me the deal. He didn't have to and I appreciated it.

Lots of cool stuff. The employees were friendly and helpful. The store is kind of crowded, but I wouldn't want them to have any less stuff. Lots of charaters and colors on products. They have pajamas, swim suits, belts, purses, tank tops, shorts, t-shirts, skirts, toys, collector items, blankets, hats, and more.

My daughter and her husband love this store. The people there know their names and will let you know when they have gotten something in they think you will like. Great items and they keep up with what is popular.

The staff here are always very happy and upbeat and make sure I find whatever I'm looking for. They have even helped me with online orders in the store and showed me all the products that I can get within certain sales, I don't shop at any other Hot Topic!

Solid Hot Topic. I always find the Funko Pops I need and in good condition. My daughter seems to always find something in their jewelry section she has to have. The staff at this location are respectful and helpful.

This is a great store for young people and older people like me that enjoy picking up an obscure inside joke tee-shirts that revolve around pop culture TV shows and movies. They also have a great selection on music band shirts. I have been going here for years. They always have buy one shirt get the second half off.

For starters, the store is cool and hippy. Its always full of cool different things that you wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. The people are nice and fun to talk with. The store is clean so that's a plus for some people. A large anime, TV, and movie selection like tshirt, bathing suites, blankets, tank tops, dresses, shorts and much more. They always have good deals like buy one get one free, or buy one get on 50% off. Always have good stuff and always get something when I go. LOVE THE STORE!!!! Hope you like it too!

Favorite store. Staff have always been helpful never rude. Love all the cool stuff in here something for everybody. The hot cash is nice too. Love this store!

The assistant manager was quite helpful with our odd requests for specific buttons and such. She also made sure we took full advantage of the clearance sale.

Always find a hot topic exclusive Funko pop to add to my collection and they always have some deals on them. Def need to check it out!
