J. Bathe Electric was amazing! They scheduled me quickly. Came to my home. Diagnosed and fixed the problem with my ceiling fan. Installed a whole home surge protector that protects all the electric running through the house and the things plugged into the outlets, from lightening strikes. My tech, Zach, was informative, polite, and accommodating. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions regarding the repair and installation. I will 1000% use J. Bathe again in the future. I have actually already referred a close friend. It was an all-around awesome experience. My husband was happy with the service as well. I have no critiques. Highly recommend!

I recently had J Bathe Electric install a standby generator system at our house.
The quality of the workmanship and the material components that were used were excellent. The layout of the system was well thought out and customized for our specific needs. The lead electrician, Bob, on the install was a perfectionist and took great care to accommodate our needs. His apprentice assistant was also very helpful and professional. The technicians were always prompt to the job sight and always cleaned up at the end of a work day.

We have had an electrician from J. Bathe over to our house twice now, and both times we were blown away by him and his work! His name is Tim Williams, and he was amazing. You can really tell that he is an expert electrician! Every time he has come out he explains not only what he thinks should be done, but WHY it is the best option! As a new homeowner, I really appreciate it!

This last time we had him over was the Friday before the 4th of July, a trash truck snagged our power line and brought it down. I called J. Bathe and within an HOUR Tim was there and ready to work! He spent 5 hours in 100+ degree heat, fixing our meter box so we would have power during the hot weekend! This man is so hardworking, he didn't stop the whole time he was there, even though I'm sure he would have rather been home with his family! I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, we are supremely happy with the quality and professionalism he displays! I definitely plan on calling Tim and J. Bathe for any other electrical needs, and recommending him to everyone I know who might need an electrician too! Thank you so much Tim!

Jordan was the electrician who came out to install our EV charger in our garage. We have a two story home and the breaker is at the opposite side of the house. Our basement is partially finished, so we were prepared to have holes cut if necessary to fish the wire through to the charging site in the garage. Jordan was able to do it without having to cut the drywall.

Once the job was complete he stood-by and set up the charging station through an application on my phone. From start to finish we had a pleasant experience with this company.

We had some small jobs that needed to be knocked out around the house and called J Bathe. Their Electrician was prompt - calling ahead to let me know he was on his way, incredibly courteous, professional, and friendly. When we have any other work we need done, we will definitely be calling J Bathe back!

I called J. Bathe and talked with Brad regarding our Honda generator tripping. It is imperative that we have an operating generator due to my baking business, and our electric goes out at least 5 times a year. We appreciated his knowledge and expertise to resolve our issue. He was very patient and kind, and we will refer J Bathe for any electrical needs to all my friends and neighbors.

I called J Bathe Electric on 1/19 when I woke up with no power in 8 deg weather. They told me how much it would be to come out and in tears I told them I would have to wait. The woman who answered the phone offered to get in touch with her electrician and call me back. Dan called me and requested to face time so he could see my electrical panel to help troubleshoot. He helped me determine the issue was being caused by my new water heater. I can’t say how thankful I am that he was willing to take the time to help me out of the kindness of his heart. I expressed that I recently had been fighting cancer and then lost my job and am a single parent so it meant the world to me! Dan even responded with a very kind and uplifting message in response to my thank you. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical services!!

Very please with their work! They are quick and professional. Dan had me text some photos as we were setting up the appointment for 50 Amp nema 14-50 plug. Jordan came out to do the install. Very clean workmanship and he easily put up with my dogs barking at him half the time he was here. Thank you J. Bathe Electric Company for first class work and service. Ps. Jbathe electrical is an awesome company that employs good customer service and repairs. Hats off to Dan, Jim and Sean R for getting our issues resolved in one day.
I will be using this A+ company for any future electrical work due in part because of the comfort level instilled and the comfortable feeling that we chose the correct contractor for our work.

We had an amp go out in our electric panel, got scheduled for first week of January when Sherry called about an hour later sending William out to us for the fix! We truly appreciated Sherry sending someone out the Wednesday before Christmas to fix our amp!

We got a few bids for our lighting project (adding 9 lights, adding 4 switches, moving light switches).
J. Bathe gave us a fair price given the complexity of the existing wiring.
Dan was very helpful in explaining his pricing to us. Bill was incredibly thorough and made sure everything was where we wanted it to be. He made sure that everything was done up to code.
Dan gave a follow up call to make sure we were happy with everything. We are glad we made these upgrades to our home.
One thing to consider when hiring an electrician is that they don’t know what’s in your walls, so the project may be more work than expected. I feel like for the amount of time and effort, the price was fair.
Should I need an electrician again, I will definitely hire J. Bathe. I would highly recommend them.

Shawn and Melanie did a wonderful job on our new build home. They ensured that the placement of switches, boxes, plugs, and all other things electrical were not only done to maximize function and performance, but were aesthetically pleasing as well.

Had J Bathe out to install a new outlet in garage for electric vehicle charging. Consultant came out to gather information for a quote and did not attempt to pressure us into a same-day-sale while he was out which was quite pleasant. Quote was provided the next day and was detailed in work to be done. Scheduling was easy and electrician came on time on the scheduled day to perform work. Both consultant and electrician were courteous and professional. Work was done for the quoted price and passed inspection which they scheduled for us. Completely positive experience all around.

I called the office with my electrical issue, and the company was able to get me in within a couple of days. Dan came and fixed the breaker box, explaining everything tome so that I felt very comfortable with the new items he was installing. J. Bathe installed the Tesla Charging station at my home in July of 2020 (recommended by Tesla) and did a very professional job at a very reasonable price. When I started experiencing an issue with reduced amperage a few weeks ago, Dan Mayberry was quick to respond and met me at my house the SAME DAY to replace the breaker and assess the situtaion. He is an excellent representative for J Bathe. I own a few businesses in the Chesterfield Valley, and would definitely consider contracting with J. Bathe for all of our electrical needs if they had a commercial division.

We called to get estimates on installing a generator upgrade to our home, also installed a whole house surge protector. The estimate was very affordable in comparison to a few we had got. We decided to go with them for this work. We're very satisfied with the work and the price, and their professionalism. Shaun showed up here promptly at the time they gave us, he did the work fast and clean. No problem with inspection. We like the price and the quality of their work. When we need electrical work in the future they will be the first ones we call. Caroline is a great person to have for phone support.
