I enjoyed everything about this experience. Check in was quick and efficient. The motel has everything you may want or need restraint, lounge, pool, sauna, laundry facilities, ice machines, vending machines, meeting rooms, banquet facilities. All of the eateries are on the 4th floor so the views are quite beautiful. I would think a wedding reception or service here would be spectacular at this motel and grounds! Breakfast was made to order eggs and banquet style. I was on the 3rd floor it was a smaller room but everything was very very clean the bed & pillows were comfortable and the bedding was good. The towels were gleaming white with good thickness to them and they were plentiful. They had great toiletries as well as some at the front desk of you forgot or needed an essential item. Every thing in my room worked well. The TV had so many channels to choose from too. Did I mention they are pet friendly with only a $25 pet fee which is so reasonable. The grounds are as well maintained as the motel. This is a top notch clean comfortable service oriented place to stay, conduct business, vacation or plan an event to have there. I can't say enough of how impressive the views are here at this place right on the Columbia River. I highly recommend this facility!

Can't be any more pleased. I'm staying in one of the newly updated rooms on the third floor. It is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful view of the river. Staff has been excellent and helpful in every way. Definitely my new go to when working in this area.

Five stars for Liza and team, who shipped my bag back to me after I somehow left it in the room! I appreciate the staff kindness. Our room was clean and spacious with a great view of the river, as well.

This place was great, it was absolutely beautiful but the best part was the staff everyone was so friendly super comforting and welcoming went above and beyond. The manager was wonderful I want to say his name was Matt if that’s wrong I apologize but heather is also great! They even give your fur babies treats 🥰🥰🥰 thank you again you guys 💜

Very nice motel on the Columbia River in Kennewick, WA. Nice continental breakfast and easy parking for a truck and trailer. Priced right for the area.

Customer service is the highlight here. Very professional and pleasant staff. Breakfast is the best offered from any hotel we've stayed at. New beds are great and rooms are comfortable. Rates are very good and the location is peaceful with good views of the water. Recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Love this place. But,.it's starting to get worn down a little..because their always busy. LOVE YOUR BREAKFAST. We also love the hottub.

We stayed here for 1 night & overall exceeded our expectations. They had bikes that guests could ride for free (including a tandem bike), so we rode along the river trail, which was a beautiful ride. The breakfast bar was good, which included bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, biscuits & gravy and you can also make yourself a Belgium waffle and they had a pancake machine. The free breakfast for our family of 4 probably saved us $50 from eating elsewhere, so it’s a great value if you factor in the breakfast, plus free bike rental. We had a neighbor who blasted their TV all night (they might be one of those people who sleep with the TV on) so we didn’t get as much sleep as we had hoped. They gave us late checkout, which we were grateful for. Room was clean & comfortable. Pool area overlooked the river, which looks beautiful! We would definitely choose this place again, next time we’re staying in the area.

This is not a chain hotel which means the money stays in there city. Great price for what we where looking for. The only reason the room got 4 star is because the bed was a bit hard and the room was smaller than normal but everything else was great! I would stay again as long as they keep the prices reasonable.

This is always my "go-to" spot. Always friendly, Zach at front desk is the best, but all staff go the extra mile.
Bike rental is free for the beautiful river paths! Breakfast is included, your eggs cooked just for you. Restaurants w/i walking distance are excellent.

For the people reading this, This is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. I highly recommended you go to the 4th floor in the morning, you will be greated by a breakfast restaurant that is free!

We stayed here one night and had a great experience. The online booking was super easy and all of the front desk staff were great! We booked a river view suite and the room was huge with an even huger bathroom that had a large soaking tub, separate shower and separate room with the toilet. Yes, the hotel is outdated but we felt it was more of a nostalgic vintage. The room was clean, a lot of thoughtful amenities from water bottles to robes + slippers. And while we didn't have time to do this-they offer bikes to ride around the island. There's an outside pool+ loungers overlooking the river that is kid friendly as well. We will stay here again.

We found an open same day booking and weren't expecting much since the price was a good bit lower than anything else I had found. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly, the entire facility was very clean, and the restaurant upstairs was fantastic. They have a small fitness area, an outdoor pool and hot tub, and the breakfast buffet was great. We showed up right at 6 am for breakfast, and not everything was ready, but the girls working were quick and polite. They kept their composure when one man got snappy at them because the sausage and bacon weren't on the line yet. I was very impressed with the whole experience. We will definitely be going back.

Our paper flyer said the 4th floor remodel was completed, so we had all new furniture and appliances, but still some things in the room that could have been spruced up. For the price, the location and staff were so friendly. The restaurant food was pretty good, as well as the breakfast. For the price, it was a good deal.

The staff was efficient while being friendly and fun. The accommodations were priced very fairly.
We are hopeful of booking multiple rooms for a church event to be held in the area later this month!

These rooms were a little dated as far as the furniture goes, but there was a newer mattress, a super comfortable chair for lounging in, a desk chair, a quiet fridge, and a microwave, I'm not sure what else I would need. The included breakfast was so tasty and everyone working at the hotel was supernice. There was absolutely no street noise and a fantastic view of the Marina and the Columbia river, the view from the hot tub and the outdoor pool were all right there on the river. They have bikes that you can borrow for free. I would definitely recommend.
