Nice to have this location in Kennewick. Has most everything you could want and always really friendly service.

For a small store they offer alot of sports gear & all types of shoes for the outdoors.
Have really competive every day prices with gr8 sales prices.
The best thing is thier employees KNOW what customer service is & what it means !! They provide some of the VERY best everything I in a big 5 no matter where it is.

Big shoutout to a very beautiful girl called Kalie for helping me out with my purchase on a Nike Training Belt 2.0! She took a lot of her time to help me because the belt did not have a price tag and she couldn't find it. With team work we found it online and were able to get the correct price. I am in love with my training belt, it's amazing! I believe the manager was also there and talked me into the liquid chalk, which has so far been awesome! Nike socks for $15?! Don't mind if I do! Store has always been a little messy due to a large selection of things but you will find everything you need. 😊

I purchased a Benjamin pellet rifle 4 $240 and it wasn't shooting right. I brought it back with no questions asked no hassle they exchanged it for the same gun and when I asked them if the new gun didn't you ride could I bring it back also again I receive no hassle. That is good customer service and I will continue to shop there because they're smart.

Had exactly what I was looking for and a decent price.. I was there right at closing but they didn't rush me at all. Took their time helping me to get what I wanted... store was very clean and organized, and like I said people were friendly...

I am so thankful for the helpful staff here, I called needing a particular item I seen online & they actually held it for me so I could purchase it when I got off work! Most places won't do that it's always a first come first serve basis. Thank you guys

Decent prices. Good employees with the right balance of helpfulness (when needed) and leaving you alone (when needed). It's a great store for simple shoe shopping and sporting goods.

Went into Big 5 with NO idea about soccer and what gear I needed to get my daughter started. The staff helped me out A LOT and even reminded us of the soccer package deal going on at the time. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Honestly a great store. I have been going to this place for years for all sorts of things. The prices are comparable to Amazon and other sites. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

The manager in Kennewick Wa was awesome. His store didn't have any sleds for sale during the best snowy time. When he visited another Big 5, he brought back several of their sleds back to the Kennewick area. Thinking of his customers. That Manager needs a raise or recognition from Big 5 headquarters.
