National Pawn and Jewelry 14 Gastonia

I came by National Pawn and Jewelry in Gastonia to check out what they had (instruments etc) and it’s a great store! Several really low priced Clarinets and Saxes ($50 Clarinets and $150 Alto Saxes - Vito’s!). Way lower than the local Music stores - for Marching Band these are perfect!
Good selections of tools and Jewelry (gorgeous diamond engagement ring for $800) and friendly employees. Stacy helped me and she was excellent.

I went in to help someone. The salesperson Ava was so nice and professional I ended up buying 3 items. The other salesmen were smiling and nice. They speak to you and make you feel that you've come to the right place. We will be back and send others as well.

National Pawn’s customer service is exceptional. They are a family owned business and truly care about their customers. They even donate musical instruments to local schools! Cindy helped me as I was deciding on the camera I liked. She was accommodating and very knowledgeable. The camera I ended up choosing was priced at more than 50% off of what it’s selling for on amazon and I was given a memory stick to go along with it. They are very competitive with their prices! The store is super clean and well organized. They have a good selection of appliances, garden tools, household tools, camping equipment, DVDs and blue rays, video games/game systems, electronics of all kinds, as well as high end and costume jewelry. They even had light sabers for all the Star Wars fans! ;-) I highly recommend them!

Update: The new manager low balls you for your items. I do not like him at all. The same item you're trying to get a loan on is $299.99 in their store, but only offering $40 for the same thing. How much money are they trying to make of an item? This is not how you treat returning customers!

Went in to get my Camera I had on layaway, they could not find the charger so this lady right here fixed me up with another amazing camera. Supper happy and was super excited to start my photography business with buying my camera and lens from her. Will be back as they treat there customers as family.

From the time I walked in until the time I left, I experienced excellent customer service! Both Stacy and Roberta helped me and were super nice. I had some scrap gold I wanted to sell and got a fair price. I left with two beautiful jewelry pieces, a bracelet and necklace, that I fell in love with! I recommend this spot. The new management has really turned this place around. 10 out of 10.
