I purchased a 2010 Ford Edge SE from them and Daniel was absolutely awesome! I had a few issues but they had no problems whatsoever and answering my concerns and fixing what I felt was wrong with the vehicle. They truly do have an awesome staff and a great inventory! I plan to come back after we pay off this one for another vehicle for my fiancé and sister for her first vehicle. The phone line is of course very busy, the only advice that I can give is to either drive to tupelo or get up and call very early to pay your note and or have any questions or concerns.

We have bought two cars from here last year. Both still running, no issues. When I bought my Tahoe, it had a few issues they overlooked. They fixed them, no questions asked. Daniel is the person to see if you need a vehicle. Yes, their phone line is busy a lot. Why? Because people are paying their car payments. Don't hate on the business because you don't get what you want. Any car can be a lemon. You never know.

I've bought 3 cars from them in the past 5 years. All are still on the roads. The salesperson was friendly and helpful. The only problem is it takes way too long to reach them by phone.

I brought a 08 Acadia from this place and not even 24 hours the transmission when out, the tire was messed up, passenger window would not roll down and the radio didnt work..at first I wasn't up set because the sales man said that they just got it and didn't get a chance to look at it. So they promise to fix everything but didn't...after 3weeks almost 4 of waiting I got my SUV back with only the transmission half way fixed and the window only rolls down on the driver side... rip off

THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON THEIR OTHER LOCATION: WEST MAIN AUTO SALES.

Only reason I'm giving one star, is because it doesn't let me choose zero, or a negative amount. At the West Main Auto Sales location, I paid $2,000 down on a vehicle. The vehicle had check engine light issues. They took it to their shop, said it was just an O2 sensor. Fixed it. The next day it wasn't even starting. It sounded like the entire engine was falling out. It was dragging, like it didn't want to pull the vehicle, and nearly dying just driving a few miles down the road. Took it back to them once again, since under warranty. Was told I could swap vehicle for something else, if the down payment was lower, I could use the excess money towards payments. After driving vehicles for nearly 4 hours. I found something from this location, Auto Credit.. Of course, after I found something they decided they would just once again put my vehicle in the shop and fix it. But it wouldn't be done today, nor would I be able to drive a loaner car to get back home. Long story, short I ended up telling them a vehicle I would take. He said he thought it was 1,500.00 down, rather than 2,000.00; therefore the 500.00 extra would be applied to my first couple payments. Well, in the process of him explaining the payment situation. He said the extra amount, (we thought $500), would take care of 3 months of payments. (330/month). I was like wait, what? That $500 is going a long way. We explained to him, and he was like oh yea, just 3 payments since it’s biweekly. It’s only 500.00. So we left with the new vehicle. Problem solved, or so we thought. Our copies of the paperwork, showed the down payment was only $1,000, not $1,500.00, which explained why he said 3 months of payments, instead of just 3 payments. We went back again today, and showed the paperwork, and he said oh yea, we just took that off the total asking price. Funny thing is there’s nothing in this paperwork showing you the $500.00 was taken off anywhere. Just the $1000.00 down payment, and the $500.00 in payments. He said he couldn’t give money back, understandable. I’m not asking for money back, but he also said, he couldn’t apply the $500.00 that is missing towards payments, because his amounts would be $500.00 short. Okay… How are your amounts going to be off if you received a total $2,000, and only applied $1,500… Oh yeah, unless you pocket $500.00 for your troubles. Which is why you chose to not include anything in paperwork explaining where that 500.00 went, because then it would cause you to be short again, because you chose to pocket money that didn’t belong to you in the first place. We will not be back, that’s for sure.

Sold me a car that was water/salt damaged. Every light slowly coming on in it. I had the car for 3 days and tried to return it and get my car I traded in back but they wouldn’t let me even though I do have a warranty. Worse car lot I ever been to. Wouldn’t recommend it to nobody.
