Guardian Roofing was excellent to work with, especially Erik! The process was painless and Erik took care of everything with little effort on my part. The insurance covered everything and the deductible was the only out of pocket expense expected of me. The work was completed quickly and the finished product looked great.

The last roof was done by a jackleg! Didn’t address my roof leak at all . They didn’t install new flashing and disappeared after doing the work.

Guardian Roofing is a top notch company to work with for all your roofing needs. It can be intimidating to deal with your home insurance company when making claims but Guardian is there every step of the way and will speak with them on your behalf. Drew came out to my house the first day I called, inspected my roof with drone footage and took photos of some likely wind damage. When the adjuster came out to inspect, Drew walked the roof with them pointing out all the problematic areas. Once my claim was approved, I was scheduled for roof replacement within two weeks and Zan and the extended team were highly professional throughout the install. It turned into a two day job partially due to threat of weather but it well worth it for the finished project. I was also impressed by how well they cleaned up all the old shingles and such, there was minimal debris left in the yard. You can’t go wrong with Guardian!

Our experience with Guardian Roofing has been positive from start to finish. All communication was friendly and informative. On “new roof day”, the 11 crew members started early and ended their work by 3:00 p.m. I love the results and would recommend GR to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Guardian. They stuck with us during our long three month battle with our insurance company until we were approved for a new roof. They NEVER gave up! Erik was our contact with Guardian to replace our roof after storm damage. He was great. He checked on us and the job several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. When there was a small problem after they finished, it was taken care of promptly. Also when the job came up higher than expected,Erik made sure we only paid our deductible. This was the best roofing experience I’ve ever had to deal with. I met with Eric Jonhnsgaard and he really made the whole process so easy. They put in a superior product that really gave me peace of mind that the roof of my home is much safer. The day before install they were clear about dropping off materials. The following morning they showed up on time and knocked out the install of my roof in half a day. I couldn’t be happier! All that came out of my pocket was the cost of the deductible. I was able to get a brand new roof for almost next to nothing. I would highly recommend this company. 10/10
