I can only say you have an incredible group of employees that I have ever seen. We were there at 0800 Sunday and came back at 730pm. At 0800 everyone was smiling and helpful. I’m not smiling that early. Did I say the employees we saw walking around and interacted with at the counters were incredibly. Please share this with your team because from the bottom of my heart they deserve a hand. I don’t work for Home Depot either.

Hats off to the lady that shows up one Saturday out of each month to make a craft with the children. She has the areas prepped and ready with a smile. She goes above and beyond, she even made Christmas gift bags for the kids with a few thoughtful gifts!

I forget her name but I remember and love her energy! 🫶🏾

I went to this store and they were very kind people, Mr Greg helps us a lot to resolve a situation whit a table and he showed the best way to solved. I am great full to found people like him at stores

I shop here all the time for lots of items .
This store is well stocked and organized.
The staff is always available to help.

Had family place an online order (from another state) couldn’t pickup on time and they were so kind and patient and helped over the phone ensure I could get everything when I was able to! Helped get the products together quickly!

Love this Home Depot. Have hardly ever had bad service here. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Only downside is that it appears to be scarcely staffed so finding an employee is sometimes a challenge, especially in the lumber area. Not the employees’ fault, though. Their self-checkout is some of the best I’ve experienced. The HD app is also very helpful, although occasionally it points you to the wrong aisle. I shop here fairly frequently. It’s my go-to hardware store in the Raleigh area.

Kids workshops every first Saturday of the month are a blast for the kids. We cannot ask for more. Thank you for all the craft's supply. Very nice and helpful staff too.

The store is always clean. And the employees are very friendly and helpful. They take great care of the plants in the garden area.

The service here was great not as many people in the store to deal with enjoyed shopping here and look forward to going back

Not too bad was browsing different light fixtures and odds and ends around the house.

Jason, Bart and Tasha I want to thank you so much for helping me. I had a bad experience with lowes so I tried home depo after sneaking out of work getting help from three people at the same time. You deserve a raise! I couldn't find anything Jason openly admitted he knew nothing about plumbing but he will help me and he did there was no one available for help in plumbing. Team work! Bart and Tasha jumped into action and helped me get everything I needed on my list. They seen that I was stressed out and assured me that they will figure things out and they did.

I usually come to this Home Depot and it’s a good experience, and, today Steven in the paint section really made an impact with his customer service skills! Thanks for helping me find another store with more of the product I was looking for in stock!

Jessi was amazing as a women it can be overwhelming sometimes especially wanting some help. But she made my experience so good! We need more people like her in this world! She truly loves her job and it shows

The paint staff was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed, in a very timely manner, so that I could get in and get out and get my project completed. I'm pretty happy with the result! Thanks for the help, HD!

After asking several employees for assistance Ray was 1 out of 9 who actually looked at us instead of avoiding eye contact all together and walking away.

This was one of those experience's where I wish I could rate 10 ⭐'s!!!!

I wanted to get moisture control soil, slow release plant fertilizer and several large pots for my small but growing plant collection...

I was cruising around the perennials taking pictures and looking at a plant I had never seen before when I was greeted by my new friend John!!

John works in the Gardening Department and was one of those people who you can immediately tell, speaks from experience!

I appreciated him for taking the time to get an idea of what I was working on and my own thoughts about my needs before educating me further about the specifics on the plants that I am trying to raise from clippings.

I'm so excited and much more confident in the requirements for transferring my starter plants to pots as well as preparing for the upcoming winter.

With John's help I was able to get the right pots & moisture control soil with fertilizer included, advice on things I needed now vs. things that I have time to get later & made a new friend!!

With the money I saved I have enough to get the supplies to build a retaining table, in preparation for the upcoming winter.

I will definitely be looking for John when I go back for my future needs! With my green thumb, I will likely be back sooner than later 🥰

Customer service was Awesome!! We had plenty of help. They were very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help meet our needs. It was the first time I had been in that particular store and would recommend it to family and friends. It is worth the trip from Henderson. Just 30 minutes down the road.
