I just want to take a min to shout out all the guys at Real steal. They went above and beyond our expectations in customer service, between selling us a sweet ride, and all maintenance done. Bought my jeep wrangler from the just a few days ago and absolutely in love!! Spent most of my day hanging out with Marco due to some unforeseen issues but he was INCREDIBLE! He worked so hard to make sure I left with the Jeep that I went in for! Paul helped a bit as well and he was also great!!!

They did everything in their power to fix some initial mistakes that were made. Someone had messed up my credit app initially but it was fixed and the next day, she texted and apologized, even cash app’d me $10 for coffee because she felt so bad! They seem to really care about their customers & will do anything they can to help!

I reside in Charlotte city and my 2017 car wouldn’t start. Luckily, I got it jumped and drove it to car shops near by but the mechanics were telling me I needed to get more than just the battery change done. I decided to get a second opinion and found Real Steal. It was a hike for me to get there but I’m glad I did because these guys really took care of me! After Paul and Chris checked my car, they told me I only needed a battery change done. They didn’t push more services on me; I appreciate how they were honest and genuine. As a young female walking into a car shop, people tend to take advantage of us not knowing about the maintenance of a car. You’ll definitely be seeing me again, Real Steal!!

John was very helpful and made this process so easy! He wasn’t pushy at all like the salesmen I had encountered at other dealerships. Offered to let me test drive a car I had looked at but ultimately was going to walk away from, and I fell in love with it! I have been telling everybody I know about this company!

We came into the lot today and was helped by John. He was patient and kind as we spent two hours test driving the various trucks that they had. Taking some out twice!
