Quality Inn

Love to Quality Inn in Tupelo, Mississippi. Have stayed in this hotel several times now. Great half way point of rest.
Staff is always helpful and Jessica is a rock star. Rooms are decent, staff amazing, and breakfast filling. Highly recommend for a night stay.

Staff was great, rooms were clean but pillows could use some help, and coffee pot was dirty. But overall it was a great.

The hotel is very wonderful, nice and clean, comfortable beds. we slept very well in them and the front desk people were very friendly and very helpful with any issues you might have. they had a very good breakfast, full breakfast with hot food like eggs and sausage and biscuits and gravy! the cost of the hotel was very reasonable and affordable. We really enjoyed our stay with them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

All around a good affordable hotel. Bathroom had some paint peeking from the moisture but otherwise room & grounds were nice.
Breakfast was a true southern one w/biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, & all the fixin's

This hotel was great. Good price and very clean room, clean aroma and clean bathrooms especially. We were very pleased, especially considering the cost compared to others in the area. Very close to anything you need...shopping, food, etc. Will certainly stay there when passing through the area again. Staff very friendly.

I was pleased with the value. The room was clean, they have a decent workout room, and included hot breakfast. Hotel is centralized so you're within 10 minutes of anything you'd want to do in Tupelo. Would definitely recommend starting here.

Great stay. Clean updated rooms, hot shower, plenty of parking, friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Cleans rooms (again)...you can tell housekeeping staff takes pride in their work. Great value. I would stay here again!!

The lady at the desk was so awesome, I broke down on the road, got a room whilst getting repairs at Kenworth. Realized I forgot my phone charger.....she went way out of her way to loan me one. These people are outstanding, now I understand the meaning of southern hospitality!

Faith at the front desk was wonderful and extremely helpful in ensuring we had two rooms on the ground floor so my grandparents didn’t have to climb the stairs. I appreciate her help so much and she made our evening so much easier. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We had no issues whatsoever.

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff. Breakfast included biscuits, sausage, eggs and gravy! If we're ever in Tupelo again, we'll be back. Oh, and good rates!

There was a problem with my booking , I had to have room for 4 to sleep but only a single had been reserved. Due to multiple conventions this weekend there were no other rooms to be had. Anna, the desk clerk, went above and beyond to make our stay feasible.
Actual BREAKFAST!!! Not just a statement from the website. A real breakfast! With biscuits and gravy, waffles and yogurt, coffee and juice, cereal and fruit, 😲.
Clean, up to date, just my first of three nights here and was pleased enough to post. Will repost if anything changes my opinion.

Excellent hotel to stay at on our way to Florida. Friendly staff made us feel welcome. The area seemed very safe.
Our room was clean. The free breakfast was a nice surprise. The nicest we've ever had at a Quality Inn. Scramble Eggs, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits & gravy, waffles and more. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel for the price. Exterior corridors, but I got a large room with a great shower. Carpeted floors. Comfortable bed. I had a good night here.

The 1st room I was given was not what I could stay in due to an allergy issue to cats, but the front desk clerk swapped my room and was helpful to me, she deserves a recognition for her service.

I has messed up and placed a reservation for a week later than I needed. Checking in at 9pm I found this out after having an already horrible day. The desk lady went above and beyond finding me a room in an already almost booked room but only had it for one night. The next morning the manager(rick) was not only able to extend my stay due to a cancelation but knew exactly how to contact choice hotels to cancel my later reservation but also issued a refund in less than 5 minutes. I know thisnt a 5 star Ritz but I have had the best customer service I have had in months. Plus the rooms are actually really clean and smelled nice. Couldn't be happier with the staff and service.

Great staff who were very friendly when I arrived. The room was clean and in good condition. Had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. This hotel is also just down the road from a huge shopping center, so I had plenty to do at night or food to go eat. Overall a great low cost option for an overnight.
