Professionalism is the word that comes to mind. They were outstanding. I found my dream car, not only did Vanessa drop the price $1,000 but she waited patiently for days while I got all my ducks in a row, not complaining a single time. Came to get my car today, and with my wife and two year old son, she (and her lovely mother), was very patient with us while we called our bank and insurance and even managed to help other people in the process. They kept apologizing for it (which was completely unnecessary) and was just the epitome of professional. I HIGHLY recommend them for your auto needs, they're knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and overall great human beings, Thanks guys!!

Great service, amazing staff, very professional, and the sales rep even allowed me to bring my own mechanic to check the car before purchasing it (which no other dealer that I had been to had accepted). I recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable vehicle.

This is a shared experience, please be careful when purchasing a used vehicle from a used dealer. A lot of the times these are vehicles that have been purchased at an auction without a mechanics knowledge. When you purchase a vehicle as-is that’s just what that means whether there was an issue present at test drive or after you’ve drove off. I purchased a vehicle from L&V auto April 18th. At the time of test drive which wasn’t very far the vehicle seem to have no apparent problems or dash indication lights indicating there was an issue. After about 3hrs of my purchase the check engine light appeared. I took the vehicle to a mechanic’s which read the codes indicating there was a transmission issue. After learning that I needed to replace the transmission I contacted L & V right away to make them aware the issue, well to my surprise there isn’t anything they could do to assist me. I like many folks who feel scammed out of hard earned money would say “oh I’ll just hire an attorney”. Well there’s no law that protects you when buying a used car from a used dealer. As-is is just that the lemon law doesn’t apply to what’s classified as a used dealer. L & V ultimately settled on a price of $300 for repairs of the vehicle.

What ever you do DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! If you do you will regret it... these people sell. Vehicles that have been wrecked and do not give clear details of vehicles they sold me one with a lot of mechanical issues and lied to me saying that everything was in good running order after 500 put on vehicle that was bought engine went bad the engine has built in sludge where they didn’t even bother in changing oil filter at oil change and not even bothered in doing a engine flush

These Columbia’s people are crooks they try to take advantage of you and take your money! And once you tell them the truth of the vehicle they try to intimidate you you to repo your vehicle
