Best Western Plus Tupelo Inn & Suites

Priceline has this listed as a 2.5 star hotel while Google says it's a 3-star hotel. Given the overall quality of this hotel, I would say it's probably a 3-star hotel, but with a 2-star hotel price point. I drove cross-country in Sept 2023 and stayed at several hotels in this price point. This one was BY FAR FAR FAR the best of all of them. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean and mine was a suite with a bedroom and kitchen for only $94 after taxes and fees. The staff was friendly and helpful. The decor was very tasteful and pleasing to the eye. Everything was kept up nicely. I didn't partake in any of the amenities like free breakfast so I can't speak to those. A VERY high-quality hotel without the high price tag!

I leave about 1 review for 6 months. But I've been totally impressed with this place, what a great value. I have to say that the woman at the front desk, Alice, started our experience here in a real awesome way. She was genuinely very nice and got us set up very well. We are traveling with elderly parents and she went out of her way to make sure everything was great. Thank you Alice you deserve a big raise

Best hotel around for the money. One of few that has Belgian waffles. Beds are nice. We really appreciate how they make an effort to accommodate us when we arrive early.

I have been traveling from place to place, a new hotel each week for the past 12 years. The breakfast here has been so delicious to the point that I had to ask what brand of potatoes and eggs they use here to recommend to other locations and to try to buy for myself. Not to my surprise, they are cooked daily by May(nicest person ever). So I had to let her know how delicious her food came out. I know that if at any point I am back in the area again, I will for sure stay here just for her breakfast.

The best part of the stay was the food!! MAE makes the most amazing food, lots of options so you have an allergy you can at least find one thing. Room was nice and clean also quite. Overall for a late night stay it was just what we needed !!

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and sweet! The rooms were clean and the lobby was nice.Has a pool and workout room and meeting room.Wifi avaliable.Felt safe here as well .The breakfast was the best I've ever had from a free breakfast from a hotel..I was expecting bland food but wow was I surprised bc the food WAS AWESOME! Coffee machine was neat too with many options to choose from. Will return here when visiting Tueplo.Also a Chili's next door which I recommend as well.

On our travel from California to South Carolina we stopped in 2 different BW and this one was by far much better the receptionist was kind and the rest of the staff but specially Ms.May in the kitchen you can tell she does her job with love thank you sweet lady!

The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's walking distance to several restaurants and a movie theater. There is a Walmart Supercenter and Sam's less than a mile down the road.

Alice is respectful attentive and very professional. Helped us tremendously with celebrating Xmas Holidays with our mother whose disabled and in a Nsg home.

Very nice experience. The complimentary breakfast was great. Nice small indoor pool. Everyone was nice and helpful. The beds were comfy and A/C cool as ice.

I’m coming back for the breakfast food, and I usually never like free breakfast food from hotels but Mrs.Mae in the back does a GREAT job of seasoning this food, it’s delicious.5 STARS
Also really comfy bedding, slept like a baby after my long work days.

When the little lady(Ms.May) in the kitchen is cooking 🍳 i can always tell without even seeing her face. She makes the best 👌🏽 Hotel breakfast in the country 😋 ! I really appreciate her.

Clean comfortable room, nice breakfast. This was the nicest place we stayed on our vacation.

Great stay for two nights. The hotel was clean, the staff was excellent especially Alice. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Very close to Natchez Trace National Park and also close to Elvis Birthplace. The breakfast was sufficient and hot.

The pool was relaxing after walking all day.

my keys were ready when I arrived. The front desk was wonderful 😊. I didn't get her name. The room was clean smelled great. We were on the first floor. The breakfast had a lot of options. Hot meats, waffles, omelettes, biscuits and gravy, bagels, yogurt, juice, fruits, cereal, and a few more options. The breakfast lady was right there to help super friendly with a smile. My family will definitely stay again. Only downfall the beautiful pool was not open.

Very clean suites and lobby, friendly staff, the AC works great, very comfortable beds and the indoor pool is awesome. The breakfast is great. Mrs. May, the cook, does a fabulous job and I highly recommend the potatoes!

We have no fiduciary interest in this facility, so our review is simply from two senior citizens with an appreciation for great service in impressive facilities when we travel. And The BW+ venue on Gloster continues to meet our hopes for pleasant, thoughtful staff operating a well-maintained facility in a great location. We've overnighted there there three times in the last year or so. . . as we've travelled to and from Louisiana, and, it's become our "go-to" mid-point, restful overnight lodging. The indoor pool is refreshing at the end of the day and the hot morning breakfast is an especially enjoyable way to start the day. - Sue and Jim from Smyrna, TN

Ms May...she cooks the breakfast....she put her own spin on making the eggs....it was perfect...I have spent alot of time in hotels...eating their free breakfasts....and here at this hotel with Ms May...she made them so perfect....its was like eating at home...like it was an actual home cooked meal....simple..I know...but being on the road and being able to have eggs that look like actual eggs...taste like someone made them from scratch....it was soo great an awesome....I will be back to this hotel...if for nothing else...just see Ms May and have the breakfast she makes....she was is such a lovely lady and so full of joy....thank you so much Ms May....

We had our 2 grandchildren with us and they had a wonderful time here. The indoor pool was nice. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Mae, the nice lady who worked the breakfast was awesome. She was so sweet and helpful. And those at the front desk were so helpful, and the cleaners were all very friendly. I go to a lot of motels and this one rated at the top of my list. Chili's is right beside it and Sam's is close by.
