Super friendly staff. Quality clothing. Their colors are consistent, so I can build on my purchases from last year. That helps to ease the prices. Their loyalty program is also pretty good.

This is by far the best customer service store in Durham that I have ever shopped at. The ladies that work there, work themselves to death to bring you items in the dressing room that you might like to try on. They are always helpful, kind and friendly every time I go into the store. If they don't have you size they will order it. If you need to hold an item a day they will do it. They go out of there way to serve you. Its always a great experience every time I shop there.

The best customer service in the entire mall! Ms. Loucks & Brandy greeted us and helped my wife and her bestie pick out several outfits for an upcoming photo shoot!! Ladies, if you’re looking for a great experience look no further!!
