OMG! This locally owned black business has been open 1988. Owner super friendly. You have to try the pineapple cream cake, banana pudding, butter cream cake, ETC.ETC! SEE PHOTOS! SO tasty & homemade cakes sell whole if needed. Definitely going back there.

I stopped by Berry's Bakery for the first time, based on word of mouth. I wanted to try a little sampler of the items I've heard mentioned the most, for my mom and me to share. I got the chocolate square, wedding cake slice, pecan pie tart, (2) brown sugar cookies, and the strawberry shortcake cupcake. It was hard to keep it at that because everything looked so good! All this was $10 and some change, which I thought was very reasonable. All the cakes were very moist and yummy. Everything was really delicious but I guess my favorites would be the chocolate square because it had really good chocolate flavor, and the strawberry shortcake cupcake because it was just good through and through. It had a chunk of real strawberry inside the cupcake and the whipped cream/icing on top was soooo good! The young man who helped me was super friendly and helpful. I came away smiling. :-)
Note: Although they do accept cards, they really appreciate cash or check to keep costs of fees down.

Excellent cakes! My #1 favorite is the Italian cream cake with nuts and butter cream frosting!! I ordered one for our office party, everyone loved it! Also, the pineapple coconut cake with whipped cream frosting was a hit! Service was very friendly! Cakes are moist and not too sweet just right! I am not a cake person either but I go here now for a slice of that Italian cream quite frequently 😊😊💞😋😋😋

The best sweets ever!! I had Mr. Berry make an almond cake with vanilla buttercream frosting for my son's birthday. It was the best cake my family had ever had. Wonderful selection, great prices, generous portions and the friendliest service ever. You must visit this great bakery. I am a customer for life.

I visited Berry’s bakery today to buy a “welcome to the neighborhood” treat for some new neighbors of my fathers. I wasn’t sure what to get and Mr. Berry was extremely helpful…I was GIVEN a brown sugar cookie to try and it was AH-mazing!!! Just the perfect amount of sweet. I also ended up buying cheesecake balls, peanut butter balls, banana pudding and an individual red velvet cake for my dad. EVERYTHING is DEE-LISH!! Service was top notch too…I HIGHLY suggest everyone visit Berry’s Bakery for all your sweet needs!! 💜💜

Absolutely the best! I had delayed ordering a cake for mothers day but I popped in Saturday and bought whatever he had, and it turned out to be the best German Chocolate cake we have ever had. We usually get the carrot cake (so good). My husband usually turns down coconut but he loved this cake! Would give it 10 stars if I could. Thanks Berry you are the best in our book, the Beane family.

We have always been greeted with warm smiles and great suggestions. My family loves the sweet potato pie and banana pudding. We have met the owner and his son and they are wonderful people. I look forward to going again.

Best homemade desserts in town! Excellent customer service. I drive over 20 minutes just to buy the pound cakes! I've been a customer for over 20 years! No matter where they move, I find them!! Absolutely recommend.

I wish I had found Berry and his Bakery sooner. Needless to say, I won’t soon forget it. He is one of the nicest people you could meet, he takes pride in his shop (and he should), and he makes some of the tastiest treats around. And what’s even better, the prices are extremely reasonable and the slices of cake are enough for 2 (unless your greedy like I am)...
Just be prepared to want one of everything, so bring plenty of cash!

Excellent service, friendly smiles! And the banana pudding, sweet potato cobbler, and two kinds of pecan tarts were amazing. Definitely worth a visit. Can't wait to go back for coconut tart or pie.

I went to this fabulous place for the first time and I will continue to come. The staff is AMAZING and down to earth. I have tried their brown sugar cookies, Banana Pudding, snickerdoodle cookies, peacan pie, pineapple cream cheese cake, and some fancy chocolate cake/brownie with walnuts on top! No I didn't get this all in one day, but Lort, this dessert just melts in your mouth! Awesome awesome awesome! You have to go try it!

Have not tried something decedent that will tickle your body all over? Try this bakery/pastry chef. Don't forget to try the sweet potato cobbler. Absolutely sinful y'all. Only $5 a serving. And that was not the only tasty surprise.

Shared the carrot cake and chocolate brownie. They were excellent! The worker also brought us 2 anickerdoodle cookies right out of the oven at no cost. Amazing!!!!! We will definitely be back

The service was great. They make you fell like you stopped by an old friends house. The brown sugar cookies were delicious and wonderfully chewy. You will never eat a better danish.

The strawberry shortcake cupcakes are to die for! The sweet potatoe had the perfect blend of spices and texture. Wedding cake by the slice, seriously can't recommend this place enough.

This place is great. This guy is very patient and makes sure customers are happy. He goes above and beyond. The food here is great. Great value. Detailed and sweetly appealing.

Fresh, fluffy, moist and prompt. Most of all amazing taste and great southern hospitality at its best all the way around. Highly recommended....try some sweet potato cobbler.

Berry's has some really great desserts. I love stopping by for something any chance I get. The chocolate cake and snickerdoodle cookies are my go to choice.

I love him and everything he and his son bakes and I just left from there you can't buy just one dessert. I get a sweet tooth just looking at the pictures!!! ☺
