Costa Vida

All around great place for Burritos and Salads. They don't have a overly spicy salsa however, if thats what you are into. Also I don't think the tacos are a fair price. The consistent good flavors are what we go for. Sweet pork is good, steak is great.

We have been frequently visiting the Pasco location and have been meaning to write this review. We finally got the name of the employee who has truly made our experience beyond perfect everytime!

We want personally shout out Kenzie for always greeting guests as they come in, paying attention to every detail when building orders and showing great leadership/team player skills. We feel Kenzie deserves recognition for carrying her team to exceed customers expectations. She is capable of helping guests while still ensuring coworkers are staying on task. We don't know if she is in a leadership role or not but we have seen her hard work and dedication every time we come in. It is the reason we have come time and time again.

We hope Kenzie is praised for her hard work.

I do want to state we have been in when she hasn't been working and not received the same quality of customer service as well as food quality as when she has been working.

We look forward to enjoying the delicious food and great service when we plan to dine here again.

Not my style, I prefer to not eat Mexican style food. Just not my thing. I came here bc my son got sick on the way to my daughter's birthday event, and I stayed with him in the car so that he wasn't inside the sushi place nearby. Wanting to give him something easy to eat that he could throw up instead of dry heaving I came in here and got a couple of tortillas. After all, we were parked right in front. I also got nachos since I missed my dinner by staying with him. They were really good, despite not being my preferred meal type.

He never ate the tortillas....

Good food, good customer service. Couldn’t recommend a better place for a family to go and have dinner at crew there never fails to put a smile on your face!

Pretty good! First time trying them. They looked like they might be able to fit the Qdoba sized hole in my life. They made it about 95% there, really missing the grilled veggies Qdoba had. 5 of of 7 perfect score ;)

Update: Mango salsa! So much closer to Qdoba! Just need the grilled veggies and we are there

Costa Vida came through again. Wonderful food. Great portions. Extremely attentive service and enjoyed conversations with the employees. Good value.

Food is great. I like a lot of food, so for me the portions seem a little light. But that's me, so take that info with a grain of salt.

Pet peeve.. They always turn the card reader and say, "it's going to ask you a question, and then you can pay". It's asking for a tip...but they haven't really done anything besides their job. They don't come around and top off your drink, they don't bus the tables, it's kind of self serve besides the making of your food. So why the tip? And I don't want to make it sound like it's Cost Vida specific, this happens a lot of places, sometimes before I get my food. WTHeck?

Anyway, this place is great, food is very good. Spacious dining area. Clean. And friendly staff.

A restaurant next door was having problems so we came over to Costa Vida . We were able to order right away . The Barbacoa beef tacos are delicious ! Great service !

Wish I could make it more. But come here pretty regularly and it never fails! Maria’s crew has good service and good food!

This food is so dang good! Such high quality ingredients and the staff is great. We asked the woman making our food to change her gloves because we were worried about gluten cross contact and she was amazing about it. She went through everything she thought might be an issue for us and was extremely kind. Many food workers get super annoyed with our requests, so it was nice to have someone support us.
I definitely recommend eating here! It never disappoints!

Take the service line of a Quiznos and fill the menu with Mexican style dishes. Very up to date, and well designed environment. The food was delicious and the service was very polite and friendly. I will definitely be making this a go to spot when I'm in the area!

The cilantro lime salad is AMAZING. Also, the gentleman at the front, Kyle, was walking around checking in on people, handing out lollipops to the little kids, sweeping, serving, cashing out. That’s a first for me to see from an employee at Costa vida!

Friendly staff, good food, great for take home meals on those busy days. Fair price.
I've been going to Costa Vida for over a year and was just told of senior discount, so, welcome surprise

Good food. Love the Raspberry Chipotle Chicken salad and the queso. Service can feel rushed sometimes, but it is good.

Great place for chicken or steak mexican/ American style salads. Get a large. Also make sure to download the app for points, every time your points Max's out you are able to trade it in for 4$ cash and it keeps stacking so you could have 20/50$ in rewards. Just have to scan your receipt.

This is a newer location I visited. The staff was very friendly. Food was great, like I would expect. I liked that I didn't have to wait in a huge line. Everything seemed to flow very well. The tables were clean.

Great nachos, reasonably priced, quick service. West Pasco restaurant is new so the staff could use a little more practice but overall, they were friendly.
