Very convenient location at the Southpoint Mall on the lower level, not far from the entrance. Staff is very friendly and engaging. I love J.Jill but find this store a little frustrating in that it seems smaller than others. So it can be frustrating to find my size. They are always accommodating in terms of ordering it or shipping it from another store but nonetheless it is frustrating to not leave with what I need. I still managed to do plenty of damage today though. Love the 2019 spring collection with pretty pinks and olive greens.

Nice location of the store but sometimes doesn't feel stocked enough, or like there isn't enough inventory in store. They will always ask if they can order the item for you, but that's not the reason I went to the mall in the first place.
