Belk

Belk is a fantastic upper end but not snooty Department Store. They have quality goods here, not cheap junk, and their prices are reasonable to great bargains. Staff is helpful and friendly. I came for their charity sale and my gosh the bargains were stunning!!

My husband's birthday is come. That means I have to go to Belk. They have beautiful perfume and great equality. All our perfumes from Belk, I recommend it to anyone who loves good scents and understands perfumes

General Manager, Thom and his assistant Rita, are very helpful. Please be aware that as usual in stores; cold hvac air is constantly being pumped into the store, even in fall weather.

Nice place to shop. Lots of options, prices range from reasonable to insane. They do have very good sales most of the year.

Open and airy. With the future of malls as we know them questionable, this Belks (along with the rest of the stores at Streets of Southport) looks like it's here for the long haul. Very spacious and inviting. Plenty of checkout stations and fitting rooms open. And the sales are always a good value.

IZOD dept sales rep terrible / Micheal Kors CS rep Great!

Let be me clear, I went to IZOD looking for a dress shirt and the sales rep at the time seen me but choose not to speak at all then then rush to assist some one I believe they felt more comfortable approaching. My opinion was that the (she) sales rep was very bias based on appearance and that’s a BIG NO NO for me so I choose to leave.

I approached a customer service rep on the upper level at Micheal Kors named Sally who was nice, professional and very helpful. Sally even helped me find the best coupons that allowed me to save a nice chunk of 💲on my purchase. Sally is a perfect example of who every customer service rep should try to be like so these 5 stars go to Sally. If you read this “Thank you Sally for your service 🙂🤝”

The experience I had with Belk employee was awesome. My curbside person was very fast and friendly.

Very nice clothes and accessories. We were looking for a gift for my god-daughter and unfortunately someone stole jewelry from one of the ladies from the counter while we were walking up. The lady was very nice, she let us look around at different pieces but not all the lights in the cabinets were working

The men's shoe department was very impressive compared to the Greenville NC store. The associate was very helpful.

The customer service I get when being waited on is excellent. And I frequent Belk a lot. The sales get me.
Returns are effortless. The sales are spot on considering the economic times we are experiencing. I'm not clueless, Belk is in business to earn a profit. It appears to me they show concern for their customer's by offering some great discounts and deals. I give Belk a thumbs up.

Belk has been a staple in my life, my entire life. I've been shopping at Belk since I was a small kid. My oldest department store memory is at a Belk in my old hometown. I still get a little nostalgic when I walk through this belt here at southpoint Mall. Even though I probably only visit one time of year. This is a great store. You should check it out.

Great place to shop, found what I was looking for and on sale, can't beat that, the sales associate was very professional and friendly, clean store but only one register opened on the entire floor, are they not hiring? Don't let that discourage you from shopping, I'm still going back. 🤗

I went to look at clothes but stopped by the nonstick pans on sale. Found what I wanted, downloaded the Belk app, and got the coupon discount! A great experience.

This is a great department store.

Wide variety, great prices and excellent displays.

I haven't been in a department store in years, but Belk has never wanting to return. I can get stuff I might want to order online for the same, or, lower price. Right then and there.

With the great selection and competitive pricing, I definitely will be going back.

Great sales today! Clerk was polite and helpful. I had to wait 30+ minutes because cash register in the whole store went down. They called the help desk to try and fix it.

The cosmetics counters here are the place to go if you need assistance, they will go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and feel comfortable with your purchase. They will even go out of their way to find someone to assist with other areas if you can't find a salesperson.
