Great customer service! I never have a problem here. Crystal and Chris always go over and beyond for me! They are very good at their work and they always have me in and out fast! Customer service was 10/1000. They were very patient with me and very helpful. & Crystal is Incredible!!!!!!

Every time I have come here, the staff are very friendly and professional. I rent a mailbox here, and they bring me my packages as I'm walking in the door, greeting me by name. It's such a joy to receive this superior customer service!

They are friendly they treat customers with respect ask questions and want to help any way they can I enjoy going there and they talk to you and when leaving they have a bless day which is awesome

The UPS store staff is friendly with getting a simple sign that we needed. A lot of 'real' sign shops have a minimum amount before they work with you and the UPS store was willing to discuss my project.

The guy that worked 6/9/23(couldn’t get his name) around 5pm, did a wonderful job. Efficient, nice, and provided a great service. I would recommend this UPS over all others in area. P.s please get my guy a new name tag.

I have never taken the time to review a UPS store before, but "V" and his coworkers are amazing and very hard-working! Great attitudes!!!!!

Prior review: Courtney was very helpful in getting my prepaid envelope from my car as I'm disabled. It's nice to know they're good people willing to go above and beyond to help. Courtney is definitive one of those!

I had a great experience at this location with Sales Associate, "V". Despite being the only person on staff and multitasking with multiple customers, he was both accurate, efficient, and above all, kind. He was doing the work of at least two employees, and deserves recognition.

Vanarath was so helpful in finding a box to fit my return product. He also handled the product with great care as it was being boxed. Great customer service from the time I walked through the door. He was actually and break, but he walked back in to help.

V helped us do 15-20 returns in a single day that ended up being on 6 different receipts due to our own disorganization pulling up the various Amazon return labels. He was super patient, efficient, and friendly.

I stopped by yesterday night an hour before closing. They were very busy but the girl working (I think her name was Angel) was FANTASTIC. Super efficient, professional, and kind to every customer. As a small business owner, seeing her level of customer service made my night.

I had to go into the store recently to get something faxed to social services. The gentlemen at the counter, V, was more than happy to help. He was very polite, courteous and professional. The first two times the fax failed but he diligently worked and it finally went through. He was still able to navigate helping other customers while re-trying my fax until it went through.

I've been using this UPS location for a number of services for over a year now. The staff has never failed to go out of their way to provide excellent, rapid service. I go out of my way to use this location.

Just finished a huge mailing at this location. Couldn't have asked for better service. Leigha listened to my many requests and filled my order easily, even though she had 2 other customers in line. With each of those customers she greeted them and said she would be with them as soon as she could. They were patient because she was so pleasant.

I had a large box to return to Amazon. I was going to tape the box at UPS since it didn't fit in my car taped up. The young man at UPS helped us bring in our items, taped up the box and loaded it with our other items. Above and beyond in my book. If I need office services, this is where I will go.

V is amazing. He needs a raise. He helped me and another customer quickly and correctly. you can tell that he really cares about his job and helping people.

Super quick service and the employee working was incredibly kind. This location is further from my home but I will be coming here in the future!

Today I worked with Angel. As with previous transactions, she was wonderful. She has always been friendly but professional. She made shipping my package with Christmas gifts very easy. Kudos to Angel!!

I ship here DAILY and have never had a bad experience. V is one of the most friendly, helpful and hard working employees I have seen.
