They always pick up our trash with no problems. We have driven large items out to the dump and they are always friendly. I appreciate their hard work. It is definitely not an easy job.

$1.86 per 100 pounds to dump your trash. If your bill is paid up you can dump 1000 pounds free.

The lady at the booth was very nice and helpful. The guy at the big building was very nice and helpful too!

They are late picking up because of turnover. The man on the phone was really nice, but did not want to provide an extra can while they get the turnover fixed. It's not right to make us pay for something that is not our fault. They could pick up the extra can once they get back on schedule.

Place looks trashy.

Garbage wasn’t pick up on 7/22/23 and so we brought our van back to the house as it states in your policy and then no one will answer the phone so customers can voice complaint. THEN the garbage truck passes our house on Saturday morning without notice of the pick up change. This company needs a MAJOR management overhaul!!!

Normal trash pick up is Thursday but now it’s Monday and still no trash has been picked up. I watched them saturday slow down to turn down our road CR 681 Saltillo,ms and then they ended up just driving by.

* 12/5/24 They found a solution to the problem...the collection is much better!...My original post is here......This is the worst garbage collection service in Mississippi. They are never consistent on their pickups. If you ask why this happens, they can never explain. Hopefully they will switch to another service soon!

I moved in my house August 2022 and I’m still here as of September 2023. The entire 13 months I’ve had to call and complain every Friday because they NEVER pick up my trash. It’s absolutely ridiculous!

Why am I be forced to pay for a service I am not receiving? This is pathetic. The bill keeps on increasing and the service is becoming less and less reliable. Yall need to do better.

I tried to take a load of trash here to dump on a Monday and they were closed. The next day when I called to ask the hours of operation, I was told “we’re open everyday”. When I said well you weren’t yesterday, I got the response of “well, everyday except for one Monday a month”. I don’t try to use this landfill very often but every single time I’ve tried, there has been an issue where they’re not open.

Two weeks in a row the truck has come by and skipped my garbage pickup completely. There's no valid reason because my bill is paid and everyone else on the street has had theirs picked up regularly. I've called and made a formal complaint and left the director several emails and messages. There's no resolution or communication.

No trash pickup in two weeks.

They did not pick up my garbage Friday. When I called they said they would talk to a supervisor and have them call me. No one has called and now they are not answering the phone.

Need to update hours. Just drove out here to drop a load and it's closed. 30 miles wasted trip. Closed on Saturday.
