Hilton Garden Inn Tupelo

Staff was super friendly, and willing to help you however they could. One staffer even went searching for us an extra blanket since they ran out at the front desk, and had it delivered to our room. Eddie at the breakfast bar was 10/10. Very friendly and responsive! The only downside was the rooms need an update, but still had a clean feel to them. So overall 5 stars. Not to mention the location is almost unbeatable.

We were in town for a funeral and chose the Hilton Garden Inn for proximity to the funeral location. Check in was smooth and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was a standard king. The room was clean with no unusual odors. The only complaint about the room was that the air/heating unit was pretty loud, but it worked fine. The bathroom was ok and provided instant hot water which was nice. The elevators worked fine and were fast. I decided to try the breakfast on our checkout morning. The staff was very friendly, attentive and the food was good. I asked if we could get late checkout at 1pm so that we could get changed after the funeral and they happily obliged. Location was great if you are doing some Elvis sightseeing in the area. It's close to downtown and the Evis birthplace museum. Overall, this is a perfectly fine hotel with an awesome staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! The room was immaculate, the facilities were as well. And, Vickie, Jessica, [and one lady whose name I can't remember] were so friendly, professional, and efficient!
We'll definitely stay again when we come through again.

The hotel staff from front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping are fantastic. You can tell this is a well managed hotel. If you are attending any event at Cadence Arena you can walk out the back door of the hotel and you are there. Also, great location downtown so that you can walk to local restaurants and other attractions.

At first I was leary after reading some of the reviews, but I'm glad I decided to stay there anyway. First of all, every employee was absolutely amazing. Everyone was smiling and super friendly. The room was very comfortable and very clean. I found it to be worth the points paid for the room. The breakfast was very tasty and we really enjoyed our stay. Also, the location was at the edge of downtown Tupelo where there were many great restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay there the next time I'm in Tupelo. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Clean rooms and nice people at front desk. Lobby clean and comfortable. Across the street from some nice restaurants and attractions. The breakfast staff was very nice and great service. Food very good. I recommend the omelette and bacon. Full cook to order breakfast available.

Staff interaction was superb. I've never had service this competent from check in to food service. My room was clean and the bed-----Heaven.

We rolled into Tupelo with a large riding group of about 30 people, with on rooms reserved. One of our peeps was a HGI member and they booked our rooms with no problems. They even let us park our motorcycle under a covered area, which was very nice and convenient. The hotel bar stayed open later to accommodate us, and the made to order breakfast was on point.
All the staff were very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
We will definitely be staying here as we pass through again in a couple weeks!

As Hilton Diamond members for over a decade, we stay exclusively at Hilton properties. However, over the past few years, it’s been hard to find really comfortable beds. So we were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the beds were here at this location. The place was immaculately clean, the breakfast was fantastic. But let me tell you, the staff was awesome! If you’re looking for the quintessential southern hospitality, you’ll find it here. These people are amazing! We will definitely stay here when we’re in the area!

We only stayed overnight, but everything met our expectations and more. I left my purse in the room and when we called back LaToya told us that she had it. We couldn't pick it up until Sunday morning. On Sunday morning, my purse was returned to us with every last dollar still in it. In my opinion that is five star hotel.

I would like to give a shout-out to Lynsey at the front desk at this hotel. We had a challenging reservation of 10 rooms, and she handled it like a champ!! After 700+ miles and 15 hours on the motorcycles, it was nice to have a smiling fave welcome us and get us all in a room for rest. And then there was Julie at the bar... she mastered watering 30+ tired bikers with ease. Wanna talk about fabulous drinks?? Julie is a mixologist and will knock you out if you're not careful! Highly recommend this property if ever coming through Tupelo Mississippi!

In walking distance of downtown parks and restaurants. Only problem is there is no covered smoking areas outside. The outside is pretty and inside as well but I was standing out in the rain with other guests. However hopefully they cover the smoking areas my family we still would go here for hurricanes. It is clean plush and all the kids loved it. We basically try to find a Hilton when out of town.

This is a clean, friendly, and very professional. Great location. Best breakfast. Near many great restaurants. Beds are very comfortable. My first stay in Tupelo, I will be back.

We were attending a concert at the Bancorp South Arena and saw this hotel was next door. Seemed convenient so we booked a suite. What a treat! The location was perfect, exit one of the back doors of the hotel and there is just a short walk to the venue. This was great, not looking for a parking spot, not waiting on traffic afterwards. The room was a gem! As I read the floor plan there are only six in the hotel and they may not be the same, but ours was clean, spacious, the master bath had a tub/shower combo AND a seperate stand alone shower. Additionally, the living room area had it's own bathroom! Along with the wet bar and nice size refrigerator we had a great stay! We did not use the pool or dining facilities. A room of this type is a rarity among Hilton Garden Inns or Embassy Suites, but what a convenience that second bathroom is! If you are traveling with kids, this room will take some stress out of your life. The staff were pleasant and and a special shout out to the nice employee lady who got a luggage cart for me. I think she was leaving and took time to help me, that kindness is appreciated!

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating of our Golden Doodle. A few small things in the room were broken and aged, but overall very happy and will stay again!

I already shared during the long survey my displeasure with my only one night stay and it was not pleasant! From smelly, sour, mildew smell in all my business groups room to 45 min check in time at 4:30PM with rooms still not ready when I had my confirmation email etc. You would think a room would be ready considering I could have checked in around Noon!
No complementary breakfast as mentioned at over $160 a night? Really? It was explained that way...? Toilet would hardly flush and some sort of black tar in the tub so NOT showering in that nasty thing! Terrible overall experience, again, with everyone in out business group!!

Came from Ohio for the loss of my Momma. Dustin greeted us an has been wonderful with us through out our stay. Truely appreciate him!! Rooms are very nice & comfortable beds. Also pet friendly which is a major plus .

The atmosphere is always welcoming. The the staff members are helpful and friendly and always greet you with a smile. The lobby and breakfast areas are always clean. I did not stay in a room but came for a meeting in their conference room. The conference rooms were also very clean and neat and so are the bathrooms.

On our trips to gulf shores, we always love staying here! The place is great, Tupelo is so neat, and the people working at the Hilton Garden Inn are so nice and helpful; Gabby and Bridget are all stars! Gabby was unbelievably nice, running all over for us and even making sure my kids were happy, and Bridget knew just how to fix things and was so understanding. I can’t say enough nice things about these two. We will definitely be back!

Got there late and they were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I liked how when we checked In, they gave us a bag with two waters. I have to have water to go to bed. It was definitely appreciated. Also, my 4 year old was starving.. we didn't visit the diner because it was late but he was so excited about their pantry. Picked out his late night snack and out he went. Rooms were very clean. Furniture is a little big for the room but still nice that they make sure you have everything you need. Loved having a fridge and microwave in the room. I know where I'm going when I head that way again! Also huge shout out to Amy who was working the front desk, super sweet!!
