I came in today to join accounts with my wife and Ms. Perkins was fantastic to work with. She explained every part of the process effectively and was able to get us taken care of quickly. I'm very happy with the friendly service she provided us!

In my experience, this is one of the friendliest banks I've ever visited. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive to all my questions and concerns. I am also very pleased to reach an actual person each time I've called.

Well I’m a valued customer and there was a big issue with my account and customer services gave me a run around I been so irritated but everytime I come into the branch Christian always is my go to I came in after all the run around on the phone with support and Christian and shaunaise Got rite on things for me very fast and really made up for the earlier frustration with support they made the rest of my day and made me remember why I’m banking with chase because before I was ready to go to the credit union around the block lol

They've treated me very well here. When I ran into problems with my account, regarding identity theft, they were incredibly helpful and took care of the situation for me. I can't thank them enough.

Great people work here. The location is not my favorite. It is very hard to get in and out of the parking lot. I wish they had another location closer to Dallas NC

Joke of a branch. Unorganized and pathetic service. 5 or so employees with only 1 helping customers. Waited 30 minutes with no formal acknowledgment of where I was in queue or who was going to help. Keep advertising and waiting $$$ where it should be spent on customer service. Don’t even get me started on the location. The parking lot is a joke and seems to be designed by a 5 year old

So my bad experience started with a phone call. I just wanted to find out about a special account that they were advertising. I spoke to the person and she knew nothing, so she connected me to a customer service center. They did answer some of my questions. Well I called back and the same rude person answered. I asked about making an appointment. I wasn't allowed to come in on any of the days that was able to fit my schedule. She was so unprofessional. No manners. Not very customer service friendly. So I went somewhere else.
So I suggest if you want to open up a new account don't go to this location. You won't get any help.
