After several meetings and phone conversations with Carolyn Hardy a lease agreement was drawn up. I asked if she'd allow me time (i was at work) to look over the terms of the 36 month lease and call her back, she agreed. Upon calling back I was informed that due to my "hesitancy" she was no longer interested in renting to me. This was the day prior to me moving in, after a uhaul had been rented, money orders were purchased and filled out. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A THING. I will advise anyone looking to rent from her NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME. Thanks Carolyn for NOTHING.
