DICK'S Sporting Goods

They have really expanded their selection of Onclouds and Hokas in their shoe department! Their staff is very helpful in finding sizes needed, and the gentleman there in the shoes, today, was a very pleasant associate to speak with. Hearing how he greeted everyone and their conversations showed his genuine interest in helping those in the show department find exactly what they were looking for.

Emma did a fantastic job in helping me find the right leggings at the right price. I got four pairs, couldn’t be happier!! Thanks, Emma!

GENO at the Gastonia, NC location is absolutely top shelf! He was extremely helpful and the best! I couldn’t ask for better service or advice on club selection! Great guy!!!

Geno helped me in the golf section this morning he was great!. We found the perfect wedge for me he was very knowledgeable and look forward to coming back to see him for more golf needs.

Dad is 80yrs old. He had things on his mind he wanted gifts for xmas. The associates where very caring In my opinion took the time to show him. Not aggravated Like some of the ppl. He gets nervous. It just meant a lot to me & relief.

I enjoy shopping here. I like to walk around to see their products and displays. They are probably the largest sporting goods store in this area. You would have to drive to Charlotte to find a comparable selection. Having this store locally means we can buy what out family needs and still have time to enjoy our purchases on the same day. For school sports, camps or camping, parks or backyards, and great gifts this is my got to store!

This is the best "Dick's" sporting store around. The staff is super friendly and helpful in every department. They always go above and beyond to help. If something is not available in the correct size or color they are always willing to order it or find it at another location for us. I think the managers here are wonderful also!!

My husband and I visited your Gastonia NC store in November and bought 2 gt bikes from Aaron the manager. He was AWESOME! Well in April our daughters bike broke and because of covid we couldn’t bring in the bike or even order the part. Well this last week we were finally able to get it figured all out and Aaron again took amazing care of us. We couldn’t order the part but he swapped out the bike for us. He never dropped the ball and constantly was friendly. Adam also a manager was also so helpful. I really love this store and their customer service. Someone needs to give Aaron a raise. He really went above an beyond so our daughter wouldn’t be with out a bike all summer.

Went to buy a pair of running shoes. The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable. First he checked my arches. Then he brought out 3 different brands of shoes, and talked to me about each one. I will definitely be back!

We went to buy work shoes for my daughter and luckily found some on sale. Every sales person was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely return to get quality tennis shoes for a moderate price.

I went in looking for an "impossible to find" pair of shoes. The "very tall" gentleman looked them up on line and showed me how to get them. I was very impressed with his kindness and his ability to help!

I got a couple items on sale and had a rewards coupon. They had what I wanted at great prices. The store associates were very helpful.

Anna was so helpful when we went in tonight to look at a kayak for a Christmas gift. She helped us find a life vest and was so friendly and easy to talk to.

So, if you are into fitness, love bourgeois options to wear, and want to look stunning while working out this store ROCKS!!! I love that the Carrie Underwood line, Nike and other major brands are all represented. Your equipment, sneakers, and even machines can all be found here. One of my fave five for this stretch of Cox Road.

The store is clean. They have a great selection of Calia by Carrie Underwood. I live that brand. They have everything from equipment & accessories to shoes. Staff is friendly. I love this store!!

A clean and well organized store...if you need a pair of shoes, Victoria is the one to see, she is knowledgeable, patient and willing to help with any questions, an asset to the store!

After try to contact academy i gave up and came to Dicks sporting goods on gastonia.
I need sneakers to help with arch support. Dane and victoria were excellent. They knew exactly what i needed. These to are very knowledgeable of what they sell.
Im only 10 mins from academy in spartenburg sc
However i will from now on drive the 45 mins to Dicks to get what i need.

Had great experience with management resolving an issue with ammunition I purchased. No problems just solutions. Will shop here again.

Surprising the pricing was on par with Amazon. They also said they would price match Amazon as well. Definitely good selection, and friendly staff.
