Made appointment online after an injury in the gym. Short wait. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very understanding nurses and nurse practitioners. I like that they send scripts electronically to your pharmacy. Excellent

It was great! Super quick through the whole process which is so important when you’re sick. and easy to make an appointment and to check in!

This place has a Wonderful Staff. I love me some Mrs.Venetra and Mrs. Linda Garrett!!! Linda is Amazing!! She listens, smiles and cares. Every time I go there she is on point with Diagnoses and gets me back on my feet. The office is very clean and I love the fact that I can book an appointment online. You can wait in your car until they call you if you choose too. Mask are Required!!! Thank you Mrs. V. and Mrs. Linda Garrett for all that you do!!!

These guys are awesome. We had a short wait, the nurse was super patient and sweet with my nervous son, and the doctor listened to our concerns and helped us out. Everyone was kind and helpful. My son was nervous and cried, but they were great with him. They gave him a Popsicle and balloon, which made him feel much better. I couldn't have asked for better service.

They where a great help to my husband. He was seen and taken care of as soon as we got there. They were very helpful with taken care of him and explaining everything to us. He was very badly in pain and scared of what was happening to him but they took the extra step to care for him and to make him health again. The NP Linda was a huge help and she even took the extra step in explaining everything to me a second time so that he would recover from his health issues. I just want to say thank you NP Linda and Ouch Urgent Care staff for taking care of my husband and helping me out to better understand how I can help my husband. He is doing a lot better now and I was able to get him to feel little to no pain and to finally be able to get him to sleep without anymore problems. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and may God bless you all. You truely are the best and amazing helping hands and God's Angels. Thank You.

Great place! They always get me better and get me in and out quickly. They have taken care of mine and my daughter's needs for years now and I recommend them to all my family and friends. All the staff are very kind and friendly.

A great place to be! The staff is incredible. The NP explained in detail what was going on with me. She was very patient and answered any questions I had. Its not expensive at all with insurance. I will definitely be back in the future.

I’m a physician and had an urgent issue that required a procedure. I knew that Dr. McCoy was a trained emergency medicine physician and that he was well-equipped to help me avoid a visit to the hospital if at all possible. My patients have raved about their care with him, and it’s obvious why they all use Ouch for urgent care needs. He was kind and attentive and indeed kept me out of the hospital. The office was immaculately clean with a very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The staff was nice and they fixed the billing mistake. They were very nice about the whole process. They were cheaper than other urgent care places and did not lie. The otber places lied over the phone. The price was still a bit higher than i feel is fair. However they were the cheapest option and i was proud to have them available. Medical care nust costs way to much overall. The doctor is very nice
