I went there to return part of an online order on the day after Thanksgiving. It was a bad idea. Parking was horrendous and people were everywhere. However, JCP's staff showed up and "showed out". They were polite and knowledgeable.

Pick up was quick, once you find the spot. Young lady very friendly. Young lady wouldn't except tip, she said just keep coming back. So I parked my car went inside and picked up 3 of the hand towels to go with the towels.

My bf came here to wedding suit shop. They had the color pants he was looking for just not the right size so we returned them. The lady at the return desk was very polite and understanding and waited for me to find another pair of pants if I could in his size. My only recommendation is that for the guys on the taller and bigger size you might want to go elsewhere the biggest size they have is 58.

On several occasions I have purchased on-line. Pick at the store is smooth and easy. I am off and on my way in a matter of minutes. I greatly appreciate the curbside pick-up! 😊

Online pickup that went very smoothly. I also did some shopping while in the store. This is the only JCPenney that is close to me and its an hour drive but very worth it. Employees were very friendly and helpful. There are so many nice things available always something new to see around the corner.

Great sales and clothing selection. Sales associate were very helpful and nice. They were very accommodating professional. Staff had a great attitude. Will definitely recommend this place and I will coming back to shop soon.

Good sales going on, clearances, and nice clothing for infant boys 6-9 months.

There white goods were cheaper than Costco.

I like the store and it was well organized.. They have a hiring blitz right now,, and I can see that this store needs more staff. I was impressed with the prices and the quality of the merchandise. There is plenty to choose from. The jewelry store was pretty small but overall a great experience.

The staff is super helpful! A different store had accidentally left a security tag on one of my dresses. I was able to bring it back to this location with my receipt so they could remove it without any hassle!

Boriqua Soul catering are wonderful. The food is delicious. I've used their services for two very special occasions and the guest loved the food. Thank you again for a job well done 👏

Love me some JCPenny's. Got me a Stafford sports coat, for $70.... went to other places in the mall and they had a similar coats that was more expensive $$$ but poorly designed. JCPenny's is the Best !!

Such a wonderful place to shop

So happy this JCPenney is still here. They have the best clothes that fit me and are quality. With remote work I had to pry myself from the Worthington selection, the new clothes were so cute.

FYI: Always get a coupon from their website when shopping there for extra savings.

Went to this store to exchange my ring for a smaller size.Young lady by the name. Of Tomeka came to the jewelry department to help her coworker who was drowning trying to help 3 customers at one time.,and let me say that she is a diamond in the raft.She went way and behond to make sure that I was taken care of.

Christmas shopping. Lines not too long at registers. Sales people explained what I needed to do to get some deeper discounts. They always have great sales, and was able to do about 95% of all my shopping right in their store.

Nice collection of clothes here. I grabbed a deal on quarter pants which eventually costed just 16 dollars each. Offers on range of clothings so you much visit to grab a deal. They will ask you for membership and it is upto you to decide if you want to go ahead in case you are a frequent shopper and would like to grab deals on weekly or monthly basis unlike me who is seasoned on clothing shopping.

Decent collection of clothes. Like to frequent here. I also enjoy the perks of using a JCP credit card.

They were short handed on employees so it was hard to find help in some department but the employees that were on hand were excellent especially the young lady working in the makeup department I believe she was from Chad she attended to my daughter and wife needs in directed us to discounted but premium products my wallet appreciate that
