I went in looking for boots for work but did not know what I really wanted. The sales lady was very knowledgeable of the boots and took her time to help me and make sure I was very happy with the boots before I bought them. She was very friendly along with the rest of the staff. after three weeks with the boots I am very happy and will continue to shop here and I strongly recommend this store .

Great service and great quality products

This is the best boot store in the southeast United States! I travel all over for work and have seen a LOT of them. I just bought what I think is my 12th pair of boots from them, all exotics. I drive two hours one way because I know they will have what I want and the price will be great. Even if they don't have what I want they will get it quickly, even doing it multiple times to make sure I am happy with the fit. Any time I have needed anything it was "absolutely, no problem at all" which is refreshing to hear in the world we live in. I was furloughed for a while and didn't go in for about a year. I finally went back and not only did they remember me, they remembered what I like. As soon as I walked in Mike said "hey Chance, good to see you again. A new boots came in that you need to see" and naturally, I bought them. Go! They will take good care of you, I promise.

I was about to go on a mission trip and needed a good pair of work boots that would be sturdy but would also be comfortable for walking several miles per day. I went to the Shoe and Boot Outlet, told the gentleman behind the counter what I needed. He showed me where to look. I found 3 different pairs from different manufacturers. I asked for a recommendation which the he offered very honestly. I chose based on his recommendation, which by the way, was not the most expensive pair I had chosen. I went to Houston, TX to do mud out work with 8 Days of Hope. I worked in some pretty dirty settings and my boots performed perfectly. Thanks for your help. I'll be back soon to purchase some boots for daily wear. It is nice to have a business that offers a fair price and great service nearby.

My feet usually feel discomfort when wearing steel toe boots/shoes. The Ariat boots that were recommended for me have been doing excelent going on 4 weeks.

This is a great store and they always get me the Cowboy boots i want and at a good price . when i order my cowboy boots there always there on time. 👌 am the Cowboy boot lady that get on their nerves LOL. Have purchased a few pair of boots from here over the years, and after the last pair I will never look anywhere else, purchased my son a pair for his bday a month in to wearing them the sole started to come loose called them and they were very helpful and friendly told me to bring them back in and they would replace them, son has new boots and momma didn't lose another $200 replacing them!
