Wonderful home cooked breakfast with fast service.

This place makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is like visiting a friend for a meal. The food was delicious and the home made fries are amazing!! We will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

I would consider this restaurant to be a true NC diner and definitely off the beaten path. It kinds of reminds me of a place that would be on a food channel or the "tar heel traveler". It's an old diner but has lots of character. The food and service was excellent. It's a good place for breakfast and later a walk down main street.

My wife and I recently stumbled into this cozy place, Wake Forest hidden gem.. not your typical fancy place to dine in but you get warm and welcoming feeling from everyone.

Great food with very very reasonable price.. this is definitely going to be our go to breakfast place.

Great breakfast at a nice price. Very old school. If you are ashamed of real American history and pictures of old dead presidents don't go here. I felt like I was back in 1976. Good grits and eggs!

This place is a total hidden gem. It's basic....you won't find eggs Benedict or the newest trendy twist on a bloody mary here. However, the food is made with quality ingredients and you can feed the whole family for less than $25! Wonderful staff who've been serving WF for several decades! Can't believe it took us 5 years to try!

Wonderful Morning Breakfast stop. Free refills on coffee, and Breakfast was perfect. Opens up at 4.30am. So rise and shine. I will be back again.

Have lunch here everyday, the atmosphere is a very welcoming Southern hospitality, foods awsome, especially the Chef Salad & Taco Salad. Service is great and friendly.

What a great down to Earth, hometown spot. The staff is very friendly, the service is quick, the coffee is delicious and everything tastes good. Best part, the prices are super low.

With the crowds they get in the morning, you can tell it's a favorite spot for locals to catch up with friends. It took us a long time to make it to The Border after moving to Wake Forest, but it quickly became a regular spot for us.

Note - if you're looking for classy and fancy. This isn't it. But that's how you know it's good.
