I went in for a few medications prescribed by our doctor and there seemed to be an issue with the insurance and type of medication covered. There was a small wait but the pharm tech Abigail, was very helpful in clearing up the confusion. She handled it in a quick and efficient manner and I was able to get what I needed. Great job to her and I recommend speaking to her whenever there's an issue.

I was helped at the drive through by Tayler, it was a very smooth and friendly transaction. I only waited 15 minutes or so as the fourth person in line behind some very large orders!

Pharmacist was very nice. Had to get vaccinated in chair because the door to the vaccination room was locked.

Nadia in the pharmacy is the best. No matter how crazy my day has been, she's so nice and my anxiety medicine is ready in no time. CVS is very lucky to have her. She's a great employee for customer service!

My husband broke his ankle and I went to this store for a KneeRover. I encountered the most amazing employees ever! Nellie was my cashier, Darlene the manager and Scott Campbell the Care Concierge. They were so kind and helpful! Scott went above and beyond helping me to understand the different features on the KneeRover and helped me load it into my car. These people made quite the team! Thank you to CVS Wake Forest!! I will come back again!

The pharmacist, Heather, helped me with my prescriptions and was super nice. Everyone in the pharmacy has always been quick and patient with my son and I. Thank you so much.

I recently visited this location and I must say I was extremely touched by my visit. I was printing pictures to make a photo board for the passing of my neice. Nautica was so compassionate and helped me through the entire process. I also returned the next morning and 2 other associates were wonderful as well. Thank you for making a hard process emotionally an easy one!

My prescriptions were ready when I got there. One ended up not being covered by my insurance, so the tech, Hunter, found a coupon for me to reduce the price. Great service!
