Outstanding Dentist and staff!! I have dental anxiety, and they make you feel like family! The assistant is amazing and the hygenist is outstanding! The hygienist (Christy) was the BEST!! Every minute she was asking if I was ok . They made me feel completely comfortable! This will be my regular dentist from now on.

Far as I'm concerned Dr. Lassiter is the best dentist in Lincolnton. Him and his staff are awesome. They treat you like family and make sure you are conformable as possible. I've been going to Dr. Lassiter for about 35 years and haven't had one complaint.

I won't lie, I choose to come here because after calling around Lincolnton NC for prices, I found this dentist office to be the most affordable. (almost half of what another dentist was going to charge me). Plus, the woman who answered my phone call was very helpful and patient with all my questions. However, this office is out of network with my dental insurance. Which only meant I pay the full price, they submit my claim for me to my dental insurance and then my insurance company reimburses me. I didn't mind this at all since their prices were VERY affordable.(again, more than half less of what it was to go somewhere else) I went to my appointment today and left feeling completely pain free and it didn't break the bank to do it. Yes, I came here because of their prices. But I will remain a "customer" because of how kind hearted, patient and understanding everyone is. There is only one dentist here and I am ok with that. Means when I make an apt, I know who will be helping me. It means I'm not a number to several different dentists in one office. If I had one request, I would hope Dr. Lassiter would see about getting his office into more insurance networks. If someone ends up needing extensive care, paying out of pocket first may not be an option and force them to have to go to someone who is in their insurance network.

Great place, staff is excellent!! Dr Lassister is an awesome dentist and would recommend him to anyone. He doesn't make up fillings and do work that is not necessary like some dentist around these parts do.

My husband, children and myself went to Dr. Lassiter for over 20 years, only stopped because we moved to Florida 18 months ago. I don't know how he manages it but every staff member he ever hired was 5-Star. For most folks, going to a dentist is no fun but everyone there is well trained, courteous, caring and will go out of their way for you. Jack knows my idiosyncrasies and humors me every visit; in return I don't bite him! Due to a number of falls I damaged my lower teeth requiring implants. If I had listened to him rather than trying to save a few bucks, today I probably could use the implant appliance made for me. Instead I threw away almost $8,000 for a subpar piece of work I've need been able to use. My advice is if you have a great dentist like Jack, listen to him and you will be better off. We sure miss you guys!!

Thankful for 35 or more years! Dr. Jack & staff have totally took care of me more than I could have ever asked for..I love them all and thank God for them and I hope I never have to do without them..and we have been through a lot but I know my teeth would not be what they are today without them❣ Sincerely love to Dr. Jack, Donna, Cathy, Diane, Brandy & Christy I'm so thankful ❣❣❣❣❣❣❣❣❣
