Plumber was a little late but let us know ahead of time. Due to deep freeze storm, a lot of ppl had burst pipes like us so understandable. He was professional got fix complete in no time. delighted with work.

45 minutes after the scheduled time, I received a call from Melvin of 'this company' informing me that he was on his way. He arrived at my home late, looking disheveled and unprofessional. Melvin didn't bother to explain any steps of the plumbing process to me. I was not consulted before any work was done, and I was left in the dark about the services they were providing. No quotes were provided for the services, leaving me unable to make an informed decision about what I wanted done. Throughout the process, I felt pressured to accept their specific services. After the work was supposedly completed, Melvin left a mess behind, with clear evidence of his presence. I was highly dissatisfied with the unprofessional plumbing service provided by 'this company'.

I reached out on Monday and the plumber from this company didn't show up until Tuesday evening. The service was incredibly slow. Melvin, the plumber, was unprofessional and unpleasant. After hearing our issue, he presented his recommendation. It turned out to be far more expensive than we were willing to pay.

Brian was incredibly unhelpful in explaining the services I needed for my water heater. He tried to sell me all the tasks I needed to do without prioritizing what was most important. I felt that I couldn't trust this company to do a good job and they were only trying to charge me for things I didn't need. I will be avoiding them in the future.

Horrible experience...Complains about a person's weight and looks more than what is in your thoughts and personal life problems. Doesn't like women !! He's from India, and if you research it, you'll understand why he is the way he is towards women...I wouldn't recommend him to a scolded dog

He is not fit to be considered a doctor much less a psychiatrist. Only wants to push pills on you and not help you understand how to deal with your what your going through. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this "so called Doctor", not even a pet!!!

This guy is a prescription writer and nothing else I saw him 1 time and the most unprofessional operation all the way around but will write a prescription just tell him how many of which. Not for someone struggling with depression and wants real help.
