Domino's Pizza

Went there on a Friday evening, it was fairly quick and the pizza was delicious. Expertly crafted. I used to work at a pizza place and I know it’s hard to keep up with orders and keep the quality up when it is busy, but dear god this is a fantastic pizza. The dough was fresh and rose perfectly on the edges, crispy pepperoni with nothing burnt. Great job dominos people, great job.

I used the Domino’s app to place an order for carryout. I like using the app because there are good coupons that will help you save some money. I got a Brooklyn style pizza with garlic parmesan sauce, philly steak, and spinach. This is a great pizza, if you have not tried it, I really recommend it. The pizza was prepared quickly and I was able to pick it up and pay cash with no issues. The people working here are super nice! I’m glad there’s a location close to my apartment.

Went to go get pizza as an early birthday celebration and it was amazing! The garlic twists were perfect and the staff was very friendly.

Despite them being super busy, they’re typically on point! Granted there were times a drink/sauce has been forgotten, but mistakes happen and they are more than happy to refund you and/or bring you the stuff that was forgotten!

The staff here a usually very friendly. They are often very busy and that sometimes leads to mistakes. I have never had a very severe mistake but usually when I order I have to order things well-done to make sure that the pizza gets cooked how I like it and they almost always follow those instructions. They have always fixed any mistakes that were made and I will continue to order here because of that.

My go to. Staff are friendly, competent, and delivery is almost always on point. Again always a pleasure to deal with an amazing crew of people.

These guys friggin ROKk! i I can’t tell you how many times I have been the jerk that called in a huge order five minutes b4 closing. I don’t mean to do it, but I end up with a lot of kids at my place unexpectedly, and they’re always hungry - Late! There’s literally nothing open in this town except Cookout, Domino’s and McDonald’s. These guys go out of their way to make a really good, hot, fresh pizza, even though it’s the end of the workday and I probably ended up holding them over 15 minutes. These guys deserve all five stars. Especially the management; these wcu kids are my only source of labor and they come and go like the wind. You can’t find help that will stick around so you end up doing the majority of it by yourself! props to you guys that manage and you assistants, (we all know you do all the work ha ha)
Anyway thank you for your effort; your work ethic is appreciated!

So weird that the recent reviews on here are mostly 5 stars, and on Pizza Hut, it's the opposite! Well, yes, Domino's deserve the 5 stars rating. I couldn't believe how different the two are; night and day, I tell ya! Customer service is excellent, their drivers are friendly, polite and fast! I've always loved their menu, but honestly, didn't know there was a Domino's nearby. I've always drived by pizza hut. Anyway, they also have the best tracking app. Congrats Domino's, hope you continue to provide excellent customer service and a wide variety of delicious food!

Great service , always follows up if there is a problem. Food is so delicious we order from here at least 3 times a month …. Usually more🥰

A friend and I recently took a trip to Asheville and found ourselves still en route later than expected. So we stopped in at this Domino's for a low-key take-out dinner. To be honest, I wasn't expecting that much from a tiny little storefront franchise pizza place in a small town. But while it *was* small (only counter seating, limited at that), the service was fast, the staff was both friendly and competent, and the pizza was really good. We left impressed and very satisfied. I’d make it my regular spot if I didn’t live a couple hours away. Instead, I highly recommend it to anyone local.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews, this dominos is just fine. The staff is great and always try there best, and the food is always good. Sure it takes a while to get, but I don’t know what people expect from a pizza restaurant in a college town. If you look at the negative reviews, they all have one thing in common, they ordered late at night. Anyone who’s ever worked food service knows if you try to order food near closing time, your not gonna get good results. Don’t blame the workers, blame yourself for not ordering earlier. And don’t listen to that stupid tracker. I’ve heard from people that work there that the times are set by corporate and are not based at all on how busy they are.

Love our Domino's Pizza in Sylva NC. We order there often. The on line ordering is so easy and you just have to wait for them to deliver it to your house. Delicious Pizza and other Pasta Dishes.

When the store owner responds to a good review asking about improvements, that's a good sign Little slow once, and I couldn't get the coupon to work but all in all they easily out pizza'd the hut

Before I found dominoes of sylva, well I was broken. My wife had just left me and taken my two kids away. It’s not that either of us did anything specific, our personalities were just too different. We thought having kids would help but it just made the arguments worse. Finally after 3 years of fighting on and off about the little things we called it quits. My wife moved to Tennessee to be closer to her parents, I moved here to Sylva. No real reason...I just kinda felt drawn here I guess. The first few weeks were fantastic! I went to the blue ridge parkway and I hiked some trails, but after about two weeks I began to feel empty again. I missed my kids. The thing about sylva, as I’m sure you already know, is that there is not much to really do. So after the second week of hiking trails and walking around the stores downtown I decided that I’d take a night to have A few drinks. I bought myself a fifth of whiskey and went wild. I blacked out that night and woke up in my apartment complex’s parking lot in my socks and underwear. It was mortifying...but for that bread period of time I was numb from the pain. The next few weeks were the same. Everyday I’d wake up and drink until I felt nothing...it wasn’t healthy but it was better than the loneliness that came with being a devorced man who’s all alone in sylva. One morning maybe a week into this strange alcoholic bender, maybe two I got a call from my wife, well it was the first call I had actually been sober enough to notice. She told me she was gonna keep the kids full time and that visitation would be very limited if I would get any at all. That night I was on the brink. I was wasted, depressed, and alone... I decided on pizza I felt like it’d be a good meal to go out on. So I ordered a dominoes large 3 topping pizza for 12.99 along with a 20 oz. bottle of coke so it would meet the delivery charge requirements. I thought the pizza wouldn’t arrive in time and that hey maybe the pizza guy’d find me. But they found my house and delivered my pizza with incredible efficiency. I only waited 27 minutes and thank the good lord above that I did. When I opened the door I was greeted by a very friendly and kind delivery driver. He asked how I was and told me to have a great night ... he even called me bro. It’s like I had finally made another connection in this world. When I went inside to eat I still had no real hope. However when I took that first bite I knew...I knew I had something to live for again. The pizza which was still piping hot as if it had just come out of the oven was an amazing mix of flavor and texture. The meat was of the highest quality, and the fruit so juicy. It was the greatest meal I have ever eaten. It turned my life around. The very next day I applied for jobs and began working again. I feel like my life is on track for the first time in so long. My kids are even coming to visit this weekend, and you can bet your butt we are ordering dominoes!!!

Fast, friendly service! We like to order delivery and we love that they never complain about the drive! The delivery guy is very prompt and likes to humor us with a joke. The pizza is always perfectly cheesy and exactly how we ordered it!

Food takes a while to arrive but I've had countless AMAZING delivery drivers. Tonight I had Stephen. Great guy, very funny. Thanks for always having good customer service!

Idk what happened, but the this Dominos has really stepped it up since COVID happened. Delivery personal follow my drop off notes to a T and are extremely polite. Have not had an issue to date!
