BEWARE OF THIS REALTOR!!!
This realtor will not be honest with you. This realtor failed to input information provided by an owner that is pretending to sell their property. Right now Lydia has a house listed for sale, when it's actually not for sale. The owner of the home plans to outbid an offer that comes in. If the offer isn't at least $150k over the asking price. This information would be informative to any potential buyer so they could have the opportunity to not waste their time or have their credit by pre-qualified process. I would not trust Coldwell Banker or Lydia Moore because they will not provide you with full transparency. I will be going every platform to post how Coldwell Bank and Lydia Moore are posting fake listings with properties that aren't really for sale.
