Loved it! Excellent pastor and church family.The true word of God is being preached and taught here at New Beginnings. I loved the loving spirit from the church staff. I would advise anyone to attend. God is there, and the atmosphere is loving. I thank God for everyone integrity and love. Beautiful service and church! May God continue to bless New Beginnings.

I’ve attended this church for over 5 years. Pastor Henderson is a very effective preacher. I love how he teaches from the Bible and he really makes you think . He’s very wise when he speaks the word. There is one thing I would like the church to seriously think about. Pastor want to build Hope homes for pregnant teenagers. The teenage birth rate in NC is down considerably. I think pastor should consider building housing for seniors. Just my opinion.

Everyone that attempts to attend church or word of mouth visit, wouldn't say anything derogatory about that visit ( I don't think ) This being said...I really enjoyed my so much, I'll be taking it a bit further. Individuals are very kind and attentive. Greets you at the door with a genuine smile like they're familiar with your family. I mean it. Lots of programs for members to be involved in. Youth and senior, and community. One weekend they just gave away 50 dollars to the congregation ( gift card ) for gas. Both services. It might not sound like a lot to some folks but I drive a vehicle that has a 30 gallon tank. Lol , meant a lot to me. This is a lot to take in but the church is very good. The pastor and his wife ( Mr. And Mrs. Henderson ) definitely answers the call for the ministry . You are charged up when you leave. Thank you.

The love here is amazing! The presence of God is always present and there has not been a time when I went to church and did not receive a word that touches my heart/spirit and spoke to my situation. Pastor Henderson is amazing. My children love children's church as well!!

Phenomenal church family. Dr. Michael Henderson always on point with his message. Love the approach of bringing example(s)of what's occurring in the world today to allow a better understanding of his message. Highly recommend a visit. You will definitely feel welcomed and eventually become a member.

New Beginnings Church is an awesome place of worship with dynamic preaching and teaching, anointed praise and worship, life enhancing ministries for spiritual growth (individual and family) sign language interpreted services for the deaf and hard of hearing as well as ministry for persons with special needs.

Great sermon and pleasant atmophere

This past Sunday was my second Sunday visiting. I also visited the Sunday before last. When I say I felt so at home. My 4 year old daughter loved seeing the children praise dancers and sing. This past Sunday my husband came as well. When I say the sermon was right on time. We have been struggling with tithing because of the way past pastors have taught it. My last pastor would try to talk down to members who did not pay their tithes. For example he needed to have a meeting in September with the members only and ask the non members for just this Sunday could they excuse themselves and take communion in the cafe area because he needed to speak to the members only. He said quote "if you are a non tithing member you can feel free to join the non members. I think that was very inappropriate. Pastor Henderson thanks for making my husband and I realize the importance of the first fruit.. never had anyone break it down. I have been looking for a church home. I think I may have found it.

I am a member here for 3 years. When I first attended the atmosphere was so inviting! The people are loving and open. Come and experience a church that is open to everyone. You'll get a dynamic word that will change your life! With every sunrise there is a new beginning!

I love my new home. I moved from Cali to Charlotte NC so I much needed to find a church home. FATHER helped me and b/c HE'S SOVEREIGN HE KNOWS me. So NEW BEGINNINGS is where HE BROUGHT me and a new beginning HE'S given me. My Pastor is what I call a vessel. Our FATHER uses him in the pasture that FATHER gave him to Preach and Teach HIS sheep. I'm so grateful. When you visit I guarantee you will not feel the same way when you leave. Amen

This place of worship was so welcoming. Not only through the members but the energy. I felt peace and the spirit of love when I walked in. The message was awesome. John 14: 1-6. My plans were to visit a different church today but I wasn't able to reach the person who was a member of this other church so I decided to visit New Beginnings. New Beginnings has been on my mind to visit for almost two years. As I was sitting and waiting for service to began, the book of John 14 v 1 came to me and I thought about the time 28years ago what I was going through and this what I cried out to God about one night and this was this was the 1st time he spoke to me clearly and a blinding bright light appeared. His words; Everything is going to be alright. This was a troubling time in my life and guess what?? Everything was alright. Today I smiled as Rev. Henderson began to preach on this book and verse. I TELL YOU LOOK AT GOD!!!!

My parents live this church and I do too. They do good things and they feel better after going to church and it sends the best messages. They don't bore you to death with quietness like other churches might, and they also do good things in the community like a church should.

I was in awe on my 1st visit at how loving & welcoming everyone was from arrival to the property til your departure. I love the teaching of Pastor Hebderson. I have grown so much spiritually since joining last year. I just love my church family

This is a great place of worship you can learn the word and apply it to your daily way of living life. Since being a member I have grown so much as a woman mother and a wife. Come and go Pastor Henderson and First Lady are MARVELLOUS

I grew up in the church and noticed most of them were not speaking to me in my time of need. I found a church with pastor Reginald Coleman (great teacher) but the church was closed because of the building being old and owned by the city. So I thought I was out of luck since the new building was too far. I was introduced to a new church by my sister, who hadn't had much luck with churches. I thought it was going to be another church I wouldn't attend for long. However I loved the church and I could tell they loved me as well. The word touches me each time. Whether I go to the church or watch from home. I have grown more with NBCC and love the way they help and support the community.
