We renew our policies online and typically do not have any direct contact. However, anytime we have questions, we can call and immediately get answers. We’ve had 2 claims in the past and each claim was handled in a timely and professional manner. We have always received excellent customer service!

Although I have never had to use the insurance,Allstate has a reputation of being a reputable company who will help if ever needed. This particular office has some of the most friendly people as it relates too customer service. Even though my husband and I have separated and I have moved to Asheville I had to get my own policy. I remained with this Lincolnton Office. As I said, the ladies here are so friendly and helpful. Thank You Allstate....
