I retired from nc farm Bureau, Lincolnton. The employees are hard workers that care about their customers! I highly recommend Marvin Melton, agent, who has been in the business for 35 years! Farm Bureau car insurance rates are great IF u don’t have anything on your driving record and aren’t a new driver. Check them out- u will not be disappointed! They do car, house, health and life insurance. Also available is Farm Bureau Bank for car loans with awesome rates!!!

They are great! They saved my customers thousands of dollars on their insurance. Jackie and Sharon have always been polite and kind every time we have spoken to them in the past 2 1/2 years. They have also been a great financing option for folks in the area. Low rates on loans and insurance. Great Insurance company!

I'm not sure what the other folks leaving negative reviews had going on in their lives but we have had nothing but great, helpful, and eye opening visits/chats with Jackie Dameron. He is BEYOND helpful. Insurance can be such a confusing thing, it's SO nice to have someone like him to put things in perspective. He's very professional and always makes sure I'm happy with the outcomes, answers any questions I have, and treats me with respect. Please don't let the below reviews sway you into not working with Farm Bureau of Lincolnton. Ask to work with Jackie and you will not be disappointed!

Very friendly and work with you

The office staff is rude. Tried to adjust my policy payment schedule a few months ago - was handed a pamplet (that had nothing to do with payment set up) and sent away. I reached out to customer service online about it and they fixed it quickly and even apologized for this office's lack of customer service. Spoke to a lady today on the phone about removing a vehicle from our policy and she was incredibly rude and treated me like I was incompetent. Farm Bureau is a good company overall but stay away from this office!

Was with them for a long time but constantly got pulled over saying I had no insurance but had the receipt where I paid my insurance. So I finally went somewhere else. Then my daughter was using them and the same thing started happening to her. She was in her way home from work and got pulled over at 11 at night. 18 years old she was scared. So she finally switched as well. Would never recommend to use this agency to anybody!!

Staff is so rude and nobody ever knows how in the world things happen or don’t happen.
