I was annoyed with the rate hike I received from my previous homeowners insurance company. I had been with them for 10 years and have never in my life had a claim.... the price just seemed crazy to me.
So I reached out to Watson to get a new policy. I wanted to go with a local company with an office in my area. .
Every person I spoke with was happy to help me and I ended up with a much better policy for about HALF of what I was paying before. Since never having a claim, I have very little experience with homeowners insurance... I just pay for it and that’s it. But the people I dealt with at the Watson office were able to “dumb it down” for me and make me feel good about what I was buying and feel comfortable that my home will be properly covered.
My purchase was about 1 year ago and I feel comfortable that I have good coverage and the price is plenty reasonable. I honestly hope that I never need the policy I bought, but if I do, I have confidence that the local Watson office will help me navigate the process just like when I first went to them.

I have been with Watson Insurance and companies they purchased before hand for 45 years. Rene Allen is my agent for years. I have never known them not to be competitive on any type coverage if you're doing the entire package of home, auto, umbrellas etc. I'm a Vet and have access to USAA Insurance which is hard to touch. I take a bid from them every year and Watson's companies are always there. I've never had to change companies once in 45 years. One first class company and Rene Allen is the best.

We have been Watson Insurance customers for the past 25 years! Since marriage, we have had our same agent, Renee Allen, taking care of our homeowners and auto policies. She is eager to assist when needed and is always looking out for us and our best interest in coverage. She now advises our son (a university student) in his insurance decisions as well. They get back to you super fast and have no issue taking their time to answer any and all questions you may have about your policy. They make it very convenient and easy for any policy changes.
