Moss Drugs

The staff at Moss Drugs what is very polite and they had my hard to find prescription. Moss Drugs has a hometown feel to it.

UPDATE TO POST: I personally like a HomeTown feel to small community stores. I did find the staff at Moss drugs to be very polite. A pop up appeared on my Google Maps today and I saw that many people had posted about Moss Drugs, some very hateful, some were like mine and found the staff at Moss Drugs to be polite also. Some people you just can't please. One thing is for sure, if they have your prescription available, you will receive your prescription, can't be mad at what our wonderful government has done in making some prescriptions very hard to find!

I used to get all of my Mother's meds at Moss Drugs for her because Mr. Moss knew my mother and she never used another pharmacy.... for years! The staff are friendly but if you ever get put on hold now, you can forget about anyone picking the phone up from being on hold. I called 3 times and stayed on hold for over 20 minutes before I finally gave up and hung up! It's sad because I know Mr. Moss wouldn't stand for that! You didn't ignore his customers! He had very high standards and all that seems to have disappeared when this Janet female that runs (or apparently attempts to) this pharmacy now. She's very judgemental, especially if you have to go in like I had done many times. You see, I was my Mother's Caretaker for several years and I would have to go by to pick up her meds in the middle of doing yardwork or that type thing. She always would look down on me because I apparently looked like I work for a living. Sorry, but jean shorts, a T- Shirt and sneakers are just fine to wear to pick up meds. I wasn't nasty and I also wasn't going to take a shower and do my hair just to pick up my Mother's meds. Front end employees have been there forever and they are awesome, Love Angela, she's my go to Girl! I don't go there anymore. I've been a customer of New Hope Pharmacy for several years now and love those girls... they really know how to take care of their customers! I do miss seeing the sweet ladies at Moss but have no desire to ever get my meds there. Sorry, but I don't have filters, I call it like I see it!

Friendly, neighborhood pharmacy. They staff are helpful and come out from behind the counter to help you find items. Not a big box store, pharmacy by any means! They are the kind you want in your neighborhood.

Great place to find hard to medical items you nay need. Just call. They very caring, knowledgeable & sensitive. Definitely great for everyday item

Best place for all prescription needs. Friendless of staff, short wait times and I have never been told that they were out of my medication and would need to order.
