Had a flat in Sylva and was riding on a donut tire. Bryson city tire was recommended to us but they didn't have our size but luckily CTAR did. Paul did us right and got us right in. He only had 2 tires or else I would have went ahead and had him do all 4. Thanks again Paul and CTAR!

The manager, Paul, was great and the employees too. We were on vacation and had a flat, they replaced our tire and had us in and out quickly. Was a real good price on the tire and labor, definitely did not try to take advantage of out of town people. If you are out of town and visiting Cherokee or Maggie Valley area and have a flat, this is the place to go. I had a flat on highway 19 towards Cherokee and had to ride on it for a couple miles before I could find a place to get off highway and
riding on it flat destroyed the tire. After getting the flat changed, I found a Cherokee Police Officer who recommended this business and said he trusted this business and that was all I needed to hear to know where to go.

We are on vacation and a coolant line broke. We were stuck between Maggie valley and Cherokee. We found you on line and called. You gave us the name of a tow company. You worked our car in ahead of some others. We greatly appreciate the time and care to get the car back on the road. Again thanks

We needed a tire put on Sunday and CT&AR was the only shop opened. Not only was the young fella who put on our new tire fast but he was also responsible with his prices, which we can really appreciate that, as we were out of town on vacation and it was a Sunday. We highly recommend CT&AR for your automobile needs!

As I was coming across the mountain through the fog, darkness, and rain, I rounded a curve to find a downed tree. Though I missed the main body of the tree, I ran over an enormous branch. I stayed the night in Cherokee and brought my vehicle to Cherokee Tire and Auto the next morning. They were quite kind and extracted the branch from where it was lodged in the undercarriage. Fair price, too, and I can now safely drive the two hours home to Tennessee. Thanks.

amazing place. always super reliable and charge fairly. came in and asked if they could do an oil change before work and they got me in and out within 20 minutes. thank you for the great service

Was visiting from out of town. Car started pouring out fluid. Brought it in there like 5 minutes before they closed and left it over night. Was woken up early by good news the hose just came loose. They were honest and just charged 10p to flush out whatever coolant was left and fill up with new coolant and give the car an inspection bet please

I wish I could give six stars! Got a flat on our anniversary and it really put a bad spin on the trip. I figured we'd burn a whole day just getting it sorted out. These champions had us in and out in under an hour.

I wish to thank mechanic Paul and the other mechanics who diagnosed my transmission issues of leaking fluid in my 2000 Dodge Dakota on 8/1/23. They didn’t try a say I needed a new transmission and were honest about the repair not costing an arm and a leg. It is refreshing to find a shop that doesn’t try and gouge the customer for repairs that aren’t needed. I highly recommend this shop based on my experience and will patronize them again. They been in business over 30 year's. Staff is friendly and helpful and courteous. Work is done in the a timely manner and they call you when your car is ready. Also communicates well about your repair needs and costs. Work done is professional and cost are reasonable. Nice location next to a beautiful river.

My CV Axle started messing up halfway to Cherokee from Charleston. We were on our way to enjoy a week in Cherokee. After limping to Cherokee I gave Cherokee Tire a call and they were able to diagnose and replace both CV Axles in the same day and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this shop for your car repair needs.

On vacation had an issue that needed immediate attention and that is exactly what we got here. They had us in and out in 30 minutes and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Not a review of service, but rather of business morals and integrity.
I was a victim of credit card fraud, and the offender used my card # to try to make a sizeable purchase here. I called once I'd found out and they were extremely helpful, reverse the charges, refused to serve the perpetrator, and helped get my information to the sheriffs dept. 10/10 would do business here if I lived closer.

While at the Casino,I noticed a rear tire losing air. I called Cherokee Tire and they told me to bring the car over. Within in an hour they had repaired my tire. Very professional. Highly recommend to anyone with an emergency.

I literally can't say enough about how amazing this place is. I purchased a new to me vehicle and I've had to have a lot of work done to it. Cherokee Tire has helped me to do a full engine replacement, front axle replacement, rear control arm, and various other small items. They are polite, efficient, well priced, and thorough. Reggie, Tim, Austin, and the mechanic that has done most of my work (I can't recall ever receiving his name) always clearly communicate, show me photos, or the issues/repair itself. They give realistic time expectations for the repairs and go above and beyond when ensuring my comfort with the work. We got a screw in our tire while traveling to Gatlinburg so, we stopped in Cherokee to put on the donut tire. We spent the night and found this business on google the next morning. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Defintely recommend this business.

Highly recommend these guys. Called them at 11:15am on a Friday with brake trouble on my 2011 F-150 after visiting some local waterfalls. Dropped in off, spend some time walking thru the shops of Cherokee and they called me back at 2:30pm to let me know truck was finished. Very reasonable prices and quality work. Would trust and recommend them again. Thank you very much.
