Wood & Thread is my go-to. Not only are they super kind- but they always have the best items. I’m obsessed with jumpsuits and matching sets and they are THE BEST at finding the cutest ones to stock up on.
A mix of chic, modern, and trendy which makes for the perfect aesthetic to add to my wardrobe.

Finally a boutique that has neutrals! I really only wear neutrals and dark colors, so I was really excited to see Wood and Thread carried really cute staples and a few “edgy” clothing items like faux leather pants and band tees. Definitely my favorite boutique in town.

On top of that, the cashier was so welcoming and made an extra effort to ensure I had a great shopping experience.

I've only had lovely experiences at this vibrant boutique! There's a beautiful assortment of clothes and decor. I bought a gem stone coster recently that now resides on my desk. It's a wonderful place to shop for something new in Winston-Salem!

Even since moving from Winston, when I do visit town I MUST go visit this boutique! There's simply no other place like it. I love the mix of casual/everyday and statement/night out clothing. Plus the gifts and home decor I've purchased there add the perfect dash of personality to my condo. I adore Theresa (the owner) and love to see independently owned businesses in Winston thrive. Seriously, go check this place out-- you will not be dissapointed!

I am from out of town and happened to find this shop on my way to dinner. I popped in and loved it immediately!! The owner actually stayed open a little later for me to finish shopping. I returned the following day to do more shopping!!! I highly recommend visiting this shop, it would be one of my regular places if I lived in town!!!

This is a sweet little shop! I discovered Wood and Thread last year while visiting my hair stylist next door. The clothing and accessories are carefully curated, so I know that I will always find something unique and interesting. Who wants to be dressed like everyone else? I've had terrific luck finding my size on most occasions, and on one recent visit when my size wasn't available in an item I loved, the owner took my name and called me when it came in. I really appreciate that kind of personal service, and I love the variety and quality of the items.

I found this adorable shop on Instagram location tags prior to a trip to this area and it did NOT disappoint! We were given a such wonderful customer experience and care that I literally wish I lived closer! Got the cutest outfits and accessories and I LIVE for their Instagram page! If you are ever in or near the area you should absolutely check out this shop! The owner is a DOLL! 💖💖💖 100/10 for sure! Can’t wait to go back!

Wood and Thread Boutique is the perfect boutique in downtown Winston-Salem! They have everything from activewear to loungewear to casual to dressy - something for EVERY occasion! Also, they have incredible taste in jewelry, bags, candles, and bath bombs! The owner is one of the sweetest, kindest, and genuine individuals. She takes the time to check-in on her clients and make them feel welcome in her store! She always takes the time to talk about the clothing and answer any and all questions regarding items in her store. Wood and Thread Boutique is an asset to Winston-Salem. I am so thankful for this boutique (since I own a ton of their clothes) because WS doesn’t have as many boutiques! I HIGHLY recommend this boutique and know you will have an incredible experience AND walk out with an adorable purchase!
