Econo Lodge Weldon - Roanoke Rapids

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in, the television doesn't work, had the manager come down to see if they could get it working, stuck with no television. Took a shower and the tub filled up, won't drain at all, I even tried the toilet plunger in the room, that was a no go. Asked the manager for a partial refund and was even turned down for that. If you have any choice, stay somewhere else, even sleeping in your car would be better.

Loved it! Best room we have seen. We've been all over the country & have had more expensive rooms that we're unacceptable. The are clean, professional & good old southern hospitality. We highly recommend them & when we pass through this will be on our list to stay again. The maid should definitely get a raise for all the care she puts into her job. It shows!

Honored the coupon code price so was able to get the room at a cheaper rate. We called other hotels but they said they didn't have anymore coupon code rooms available. Awesome job that they updated the floors with no more carpet. Decent location. Waffle house right next door. Loved that we had 5 pillows on one bed.

This hotel is THE best budget friendly hotel in this area! I have stayed at all of them here in Roanoke Rapids and all over the U.S & this place has THE SOFTEST BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON IN A HOTEL!! Clean, recently updated/renovated, CLEAN New Mattress & wonderfull lady running the front desk! I will never stay anywhere else in Roanoke Rapids!

Room was clean and smelled nice. Bathroom was small but clean. Sheets were clean and beds were comfortable. Room was modern and up-to-date. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is only continental, but there's a Waffle House next door. Overall, a great hotel with no major issues for a great price.

Clean clean! Great staff. Pulled in from driving up from Florida worn out from driving and was met with a gracious smile. Stayed again on the way back. Asked for the same room 113 and again super clean and a great night's sleep. This econo lodge is now our place when we travel north.

Due to Hurricane Florence, (09/12/2018-09/19/2018) we had a mandatory evacuation, and I left for parts north, ended up in Weldon, NC. Stayed a week at the Econo Lodge. The staff was great, continental breakfast (free), the rooms were modern and up to date, free wifi, and I couldn't say enough kind words about the staff, very friendly and everyone easy to get along with, good size beds, comfortable, (just too high off the floor). This is a nice budget motel.

Stayed here 2/22 First off Monique up front was amazing! That's the way customer service is suppose to be. The beds were clean and comfy. For the price we were happy. Did not wanna wake up lol. The only issue was the person above us did a marathon and was walking around to much. But a pillow over the head did the trick. Will deff be staying here again.

This is a great place for a quick overnight! The staff were super nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and it's conveniently located right off 95...with lots of restaurant choices very close! We definitely recommend!

Oh this is a very nice place to stay and surrounded by local businesses..
Staff and front desk personnel... just love them... rates are within budget..

I have stayed here often and have never been disappointed. The accommodations are quite satisfactory. The staff is very good especially Karen as well as the morning staff. I always recommend this place to others. p

Very clean rooms, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. Loved that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms as well. Price was great too, very affordable.

Verrrry clean. Better than Hampton Inn stay a few days ago. Young man came directly to room re: TV problem. Lower cost/ better fair.

We always stay here as a stop on our way down south.
Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and pleasant.
Coffee ☕ is fresh and delicious in the morning.

We had a great stay overnight AC are updated so we had a very comfortable rest ! Super friendly employees Family friendly place safe super clean great price and right next to the Waffle House !

I stayed for personal reasons but during the booking process I spoke with Monique who was very patient and knowledgeable about her property. She has excellent customer service skills and kudos to ever hired her.

After traveling on the road for a week for work the mattress last night was AWESOME! Room was very clean and employees were great!

What a great place. Super pleasant desk clerks. Really clean and new. Very reasonable price. What more can you ask for. Will definitely stay here again.

Unbelievable hospitality!! Thank you to Kristopher who was at the front desk, a small task to him meant the world to me. N. Carolina showed us love as we were in a terrible bind traveling from Florida back to Jersey with a toddler. Thank you again Kristopher I so appreciate the love you showed!!

Hotel very clean front desk workers are very friendly and nice. I would recommend people to choose the hotel for their stay ! 😄
