I needed a storage last minute. I contacted this location and spoke to Donna. She went above and beyond to help my family. I know it's just a storage but she was such a blessing to us with all she did!!!!! Would definitely love to do all my storage needs here!!!!

I had a personal experience with the Manager Donna Lutz she was super pleasant and very positive and she was able to assist with my needs and I will be sending people to this location when asked for referrals thank you so much Donna for your assistance and I appreciate it very much.

Needed a storage unit last minute after moving into a house nearby. Was able to move my things in the next day. They even provide you with a vertical lock. Donna, the manager at this location, is sooo sweet and super helpful to all of her customers! She always has a smile on her face and will wave to you when you pull through the gate. Would 10/10 recommend using Morningstar on New Hope for all your storage needs!

What an Experience! Donna, was great. I have NEVER had anyone to provide such Great Customer Service as Donna did. She went above and beyond to make are moving process smooth. They always say, 3 times the charm. Well Morningstar was my 3rd Choice after 2 attempts with another storage unit, I am glad I found Morningstar. If you are looking for a CLEAN, I mean CLEAN climate Control unit, Look no further, and call Donna @ Morning Star!!

I went to MorningStar storage today to get some stuff out of my unit. We decided to downsize. Kimberley H was there to help me. She did a great job, was very nice and considerate as well as professional. So glad I went in today to meet her. She listened to my stories and let me cry. Very compassionate lady.

Easy application and online selection of unit. Rebecca was so helpful to me and my husband . She gave us a tour of the location and took time explaining and answering all of our questions. Very personable!

Kimberly was very informative and courteous. So glad I came here, she had everything completed very quickly and I was on my way to moving some things into my unit. Property was lit and I was finished very quickly. Great experience.

The Morningstar employees I've interacted with are always super friendly and professional. The rental experience is very smooth, and they don't lock you into predatory contracts. The rental rates are reasonable as well, and they allow you to go month-to-month with no commitment.

The lady at the front desk is one of the nicest people that you could ever wish to meet. The facility is clean and very secure, and I would recommend Morning Star to anyone that has the need for a storage unit.

My experience with Elizabeth, Nancy and Lynn was outstanding. We were trying to decide which storage company to use and started calling around the Gastonia area. Morningstar was the first one we called and spoke with Elizabeth. She was very positive and helpful, but I told her we would call back after checking around. The next company we called, we got an answering machine. My husband said Elizabeth was so nice, let's just go with Morningstar. The next person we dealt with was Nancy. She was equally delightful and helpful when I went in to sign the papers, etc. When we brought some of our items to be stored, we dealt with Lynn. She was just as wonderful as the others. The storage facility looks well taken care of and very easy to come and go (with our access code, of course). Thank you for making this transaction so lovely! I would highly recommend.

I called around to several storage companies and no one was able to offer the professionalism and expertise like Karleen. She even gave us a few deals on our unit! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage options.

Moving is never fun, but the staff at Morningstar made it less stressful.
