Went in to get my very first pair of Birkenstocks, and Brenda was amazing! She helped me find the perfect pair for me. She took the time to bring out several pairs to help my Mama find the right pair as well. Felt right at ease and not rushed to make a decision. I'll definitely be back.

If you’re looking for a new pair of shoes the summer this is the place to go! Davids shoe store has been by far the best shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had in my 32 years of existence. These people are the nicest people you’ll ever meet in the shoe Business. I had the best experience, walked right in they helped me right away sat me down and help me put the shoe on, get the right size and the perfect color I couldn’t of been more grateful. This shoe store located in old Kennewick has a variety of very good shoes. Something for everyone and every foot.
The new owners are accommodating and friendly.
I purchased 2 prs of Clark sandal's. A good $ value. They also carry the Botanic Body Butter with Shea butter with botanical oils, also good $ value.

Amazing shoe options! 100 stars! I love a great quality fashionable pair of heels and footware. The new owners have really added a ton of lines that are comfortable and stylish. I usally shop for shoes at Nordstrom. The inventory Dave's shoes carries is just the same, but with very personalized customer service. They can also get you additional colors and selections which is unlike most other retailers. The prices are fair for the quality of shoe you find there. I won't go anywhere else shoes now that I've discovered them. For real, it's no longer the "old lady shoe store."

Customer service incredible!! The owners have turned this place into a meca for shoe lovers and for people who need great shoes. They also have some cool clothes! Check them out!!

The new owner is amazing. They are updating the store and bringing in more trendy styles to give it a younger, more current vibe. They now cater to more of the younger clientele. If you haven't been here in a while, go back!

I have really wide feet and high arch and high instep and they managed to sale me a pair of shoes that fit. They where very sweet and kind and down to earth people.
I enjoyed the kindness and wonderful feeling. The prices where high but the quality was up and beyond any shoe store I have been to in years.

If you have trouble finding cute, comfortable shoes this is your place (: helpful staff and great selection. Not only did they have extra wide options for many of the shoes I liked but also double wide.
