Just when in to check my battery out, Jarret S., the parts manager in the building was great! He replaced my battery and helped me with the warranty on my battery. In and out in 15 minutes. Great service overall

I've never met an Autozone employee who wasn't either extremely helpful or very kind, or both. I had an issue with wiper blades hitting each other when they were on and she made sure the problem was fixed before sending me on my way. Even though it was very busy, she took her time to solve the problem. Very nice.

The staff at this location are incredible! My cigarette lighter fuse kept burning out and I couldn't charge my phone. One of the wonderful gentlemen working today took the time to help me out and made sure I was able to get it working again. All of them are so nice

Stopped in for a battery test due to dead battery at the Gravois location. Paris was extremely helpful. He tested the battery and found my terminals were lose. Thank you for your assistance. Made my Friday!

Really busy, but friendly. What they do is hard, and when people need specific answers and have uncommon questions, customer service can become a bit challenging. I've had numerous bad experiences with auto advice and auto customer service. Companies that get this right truly shine. Often, employees can be unresponsive, impatient, or reflexive especially. However, during these uncertain times it adds to a tremendous amount of responsibility to stay safe and do your job. Nonetheless, I was treated kindly and was on my way in a short amount of time. I truly appreciate their professionalism at this particular location.

When life hasn't treated you with kindness doing a good thing for someone else takes courage and strength, but even more its the truest example of humility.

I just had a great experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. With the weather change, my car battery died. They went above and beyond to find me a great deal AND took the time to install it for me! I was completely blown away and will be returning for any other car needs in the future.

A little hard to get to, but great service and staff. Took a friend there to have a potential used car purchase checked. Staff was very helpful in checking the codes on it and explaining what they meant.

They're always smiling and eager to help you figure out all your problems and if they don't know the answers they do their best to try to find them out for you if they don't have your parts they will order them for you in some cases you can get them the same day if you get there early enough to order them

I have lots of trouble walking. So when i explained to the clerk over the phone. His manager gave him permission to come outside to help me. All i needed for my car key fob was a $6.00 battery not pay out over &200.00 for a service call and a "much needed " reprogramming for the key fob. Auto zone was so good to me. Thank you!!

My car battery died today, I work at a hospital so it's hard to get car work done right now. I stopped in after work and they replaced my battery for me quickly. As a healthcare worker I especially appreciated the man helping me wearing his mask and distancing, will definitely come back the next time I need anything for my car.

Came in last night extremely close to closing time. Rico was amazing and helped us Ladies. We were trying to change out an ignition coil in the parking lot. My sister was changing it out and he was looking up stuff and also doing his job at same time. He was very helpful and didn’t make us feel like stupid girls. Actually he was impressed with my sisters skills! Not that my car is fixed at the moment but we did get amazing service from the parts store!

Edin was very helpful! He Replaced all my windshield wipers and was very kind 10/10 service.
