Lowe's Home Improvement

We recently bought a home in Jacksonville and went to Lowe’s for our window blinds. We were helped by Jeanette and the experience could not have been better. She was friendly and very courteous even when we presented her with our list of 14 window sizes. Every blind was cut perfectly and lots of laughs were had by all throughout the process. Lowe’s is lucky to have her!

This is my favorite DIY place to go and now I have my other single homeowner female friends and one married going in Lowe's in three different states. For every DIY idea there's a Lowe's Employee front and in your face director. Thank you so much and i may forget a name but the guys in lumber and tools please charge it to my heart and not my mind. I've encountered you all and i thank you geatly. John, Stu, Chris, Tim Mark and All of you. You can tell how much a person loves their job by their ability to give unselfish time and help. I'm sure I'll do another post and I'll add the others.

It's difficult to ask someone to do something difficult. Then there is mark and Mike! I felt bad asking these two guys to stop what they're doing to get this huge box that contained a tiny pack of sandpaper. I've never seen two guys so enthusiastic to help! They demonstrated what customer service is all about! Thanks guys!

The paint lady did a fantastic job mixing our desired color - "Good morning". It makes our job so much easier when the color is right 👍

Customer service was excellent. Jason the Vet (again thank you for your service) was extremely helpful and made my experience at Lowe's pleasant. He helped my mother and I with the items we were looking for and even made suggestions about pool parts/items and maintenance. I wish I had this type of customer service everywhere I go.

Purchased paint and the color didn't apply as indicated on the color card. I returned it no problem and was assured if the new color didn't work I could do the same within 30 days. Staff was very knowledgeable on which products would guarantee the best result for the piece I wanted to redo.

I drive a extra 2 miles past the other Lowe's in town to go to this one. Unless I need something small and fast. I do all large orders through the Yapp Rd location. They are quick and efficient and get me estimates within the hour. That is why I utilize this pro department over the Western Blvd location. I was tired of waiting 3+ plus day for product estimates. Keep up the great work Yapp Rd. Lowe's!!

Got the paint and tools we need to complete our job quickly and easily with store associate assistance. The carpet and flooring associate was quick to help get the carpet we needed as well.

Always my favorite store to go to. Jennifer in the pro department has been the best service woman that I have dealt with since I've been at Lowe's. She is always on task on point and goes above and beyond to make sure that us contractors are very satisfied. Would recommend her to move on up in the ranks to become store manager one day because she knows her stuff.

I always enjoy the discount on all items. Today I purchased some cleaning supplies, 2 Sheppard hooks and some small miscellaneous items for woodworking.

Since I moved here a month ago I have been here at least a dozen times. Bought a $3000 lawn tractor which was delivered as promised and ready to go. Their people are friendly and responsive. A great place to shop.

Great place to get almost every tool, appliance and household need and @ competitive prices. If what you need is not available staff is
helpful in directing you to the next Lowes that has what you need.

I love the Yopp Road Lowe's. This store has a different layout than most other stores. The staff is very friendly despite always being busy. The store is always clean. It's always pretty well stocked. I hate going to other Lowe's stores after always going to this store

I went into Lowe’s after my AC unit gave up on me and was worried about what was going to have to happen, timeframe, etc. I was expecting the worst. Nicholas Hewitt was at the door and immediately asked how he could help. Long story short, he got on the phone, had a tech call me within 2 hours, and through a simple and easy process I had payment squared away and a brand new unit installed by clean and professional installers in less than a week. Words cannot express how grateful I am that I made Lowe’s on Yopp Rd my stop to get help and for the expedient and thorough help from Nicholas and his team. 10/5 stars … HIGHLY recommend. Thank you all!
