I called ahead of time to find out if they could cash a check, of course the whole system is automated. The recording says to press a number to leave your name and number and a message, they'll call back because all customer service reps are busy. There is no chance to leave a message, and the system just repeats itself over and over again. Not good business, very irritating.

Don't waste your time!!! Woman at counter was on her cellphone taking a call while I stood, the only customer, for 10min. Then she told me they couldn't cash my check because it was $1,000 and they can't cash something that expensive. There is a sign hanging up saying charges for certain amounts and it says UP TO $2,000 is 2%. Would give 0 stars if possible.

They don't cash checks anymore due to failed checks being written.
