My Sales Rep was most helpful explaining every detail in the most patient, professional manner. She remained diligently focused in spite of T-mobile's lack of customer care, past normal operating hours to percevear providing an Excellent Customer Experience. Went in for a new phone and was out of there in less than an hour with a new phone. Raymond, our representative made the process very easy. He was very professional and informative! I’ve dealt with a lot of cell service employees over the years and none really compare to these guys at the ATT store in Lincolnton. As long as I remain with ATT for cell service, I’ll be coming here for what I need!

I came into this store with a problem on my hand. I was greeted immediately by the associates as I waited my turn. I worked with Brian who solved all my issues and even saved me some money!! I walked out with new phones, accessories for my family and a peace of mind. Brian was very knowledgeable and attentive to my family needs. 10 out of 10!! I visited this At&T store 10/25/22 with a problem of my cell phone. I had already gone to 3 different places trying to get my problem fixed but no one could even get close to resolving my issue. Then there was Raymond. standing there in his At&t store, working with another customer. He politely told me he would be with me as soon as he finished with his customer. My phone, come to find out later by Raymond was locked down due to the another other store error where I purchased it from. Patiently Raymond worked and made phone calls to the company reps until he got the problem solved. This guy went over and above any of my expectations to make sure I walked out of his store as a satisfied customer. And boy I did. I would recommend to anyone that needs a new phone, or even service on the one you have, go the to the At&t store in Lincolnton, N.C. before you go anywhere else and get a good dose of the kind of service you used to get before everything went automated, robotic and figure it out yourself kind of service we have today instead of the quality hands on service of yesteryear. Go by there a have you a glimpse of the man that still practices good ol' fashion yesteryear total service.and, yes he does this all with a great smile to boot.
